The venue was strategic but if you come with car, it will be a little bit difficult since you have to fight for the parking. Unless if it’s past 5pm, because you just park anywhere.

Завтрак вкусный, но очень рано, с шести утра. Бассейн хороший, номера небольшие, балконов нет. но чисто, персонал очень доброжелательный. за такую цену очень хороший вариант размещения

The staff at the reception was nice and tried to accommodate us after complain and to offer us a better room. The cleaning service was also ok but the rooms are older than they look at the photos... there were some stains at the bed polster etc.

Cons:

We got first smaller room than the one we booked and was shown on the photos. After complaining we got the right one. AC was old and did not work... we changed to another room but AC there was also very bad. The hotel and rooms are older and not in such good condition as shown on the photos although we were in the "new wing". We were relying on reviews what was mistake, especially if you are a Westerner and expect the same hygenic and any other standard.

La piscina estaba llena de pelos largos negros. No la habían limpiado en años.
En la habitación no había mucha luz . Y el lavabo daba asquete. Estaba renegrido .

unenjoyable, The room need upgrading.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Pool was ok. Staff was ok.

Cons:

The room that they gave was very smelly and noisy.
I put in my request and none was given. The staff keep asking for money for room upgrade which made my wife very uncomfortable. 👌

The room condition was completely unacceptable and not suitable for staying.

I like nothing. Room is very bad. Staff is unresponsive

Cons:

I paid the full amount in advance, but unfortunately the room condition was completely unacceptable and I was unable to stay there.

The room was very dirty, had a strong cigarette smell, and the actual condition was very different from what was shown on Booking.com. I did not feel comfortable or safe staying in the room.

Since I paid in full but could not use the room because of its unacceptable condition, I am requesting a refund for the amount paid. I also have photos/videos showing the actual condition of the room as evidence.

I hope Booking.com and the hotel will review this complaint seriously and provide a fair refund.
