布団がふかふか 中に入れこまれてないタイプだったので引っ張り出す手間がなくなり快適に眠れた

何故かテレビの時計が約30分早く進んでいてチェックアウトを急かされた感覚になった

Pros:

部屋はコンパクトだったけど…とても綺麗でした！
あと荷物を預けるつもりで午前中に着きましたがチェックインも出来ると説明してもらいとても助かりました
おかげでライブ楽しめました！

Not what I expected from IHG’s Garner brand
Pros:

I stayed here for one night. When I walked into the lobby, the front office staff seemed a bit impatient and not very polite.

The room was clean, but very small with hardly any space. There are no facilities in the hotel at all.

Overall, the experience was just average. This was my first time staying at an IHG Garner property, and I’ve already lost confidence in the brand. I don’t think there will be a next time.
