ロケーションは良かった。
Pros:

朝ごはん会場で最後の日にトルココーヒーをサーブしてくれた男性がとても良かったです。初めてトルココーヒーが美味しいと思いました！

The best hotel with good breakfast and good location
Pros:

The breakfast was great. So many variety hot and cold food also many fress fruits and different pastries and lots of different options of caffe and hot chocolate vas available. Also AYHAH and GOZDE vas great to help serving you.
At the reception I get great help from Sibel and Ahmet. They do everything to help you specially if you have problem. The whole staff was very caring and helpful. Also my room vas always clean and tidy. The hotel is in a Very good location the hole streets and in front of the hotel have very good restaurants and lots of shops around. It is a 5 star place.

Cons:

Noting that I don’t like, it was everything good.

Pros:

I stayed for one night. Everything was perfect:
Location near to Taqsim square and at the same time in a quiet location. The breakfast was great with all elements of Turkish style especially Turkish tea and coffee.
The room had all amenities.

Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt mit herzlichem Service, tollem Frühstück und einem besonderen Dank an Gözde und Ayten, die
Pros:

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Der Service war super freundlich und aufmerksam, und auf unsere Wünsche wurde jederzeit eingegangen.

Besonders toll war das abwechslungsreiche und liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück. Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Gözde, die uns jeden Morgen mit ihrer herzlichen Art und einem wunderbaren Frühstück den perfekten Start in den Tag bereitet hat.

Auch ein großes Dankeschön an Ayten, die immer für Sauberkeit und Ordnung gesorgt hat.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Very good stay!!
Pros:

朝食は毎日少しずつメニューが違くて美味しくて充実していて、最終日にトルココーヒーをサービスまでしてくれて、レストランのスタッフもとても親切でした！

Cons:

部屋で、PC作業する際の椅子が、背もたれのある椅子があると良かったです。あえて言えばそれくらいです。

Perfect location, amazing staff and great service!
Pros:

Fantastisch en super behulpzaam personeel. De kamer werd iedere dag schoongemaakt en de locatie is perfect: vlak bij de metro, winkelstraat en gezellige zijstraatjes. Special thanks to Ayan from breakfast, who made sure we had everything we needed!

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, we hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Good breakfast in the center of Istanbul
Pros:

Location is overall pretty good, we had access to all main areas of Istanbul with ease, the only downside here is that Taksim square is on the top of a hill and you always need to go down and up :D
Breakfast was very good with a big variety of food to try. Stuff were very helpful as well.

Cons:

Our windows weren't isolated properly and even tho it was very warm, noise from nearby restaurants was quite loud.

Cons:

Frühstück, das Essen hat uns leider nicht geschmeckt und wenig Auswahl, viel Süßes und Kuchen, wenig Herzhaftes.
Leider vermisst meine Schwester ihren Goldring (lag auf dem Tisch in einer leopard-farbenen Kosmetik Tasche). Ist der Ring evtl bei Ihnen aufgetaucht?

Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία. Πολύ κοντά σε τραμ, μετρό και λεωφορεία. Στην καρδιά της Istiklal. Το δωμάτιο πλήρως λειτουργικό με καινούργια έπιπλα και κλιματισμό. Οι εργαζόμενοι πολύ φιλόξενοι. Μας βοήθησαν σε όλα. Κάναμε check in 4 ώρες νωρίτερα και
μας πρότειναν να φυλάξουν τις αποσκευές μας μέχρι την ώρα που θα φεύγαμε για το αεροδρόμιο την ημέρα αναχώρησης. Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό με μεγάλη ποικιλία και διαφορετικό κάθε μέρα. Συστήνουμε το ξενοδοχείο ανεπιφύλακτα. Θα ξανάρθουμε!
