Προσωπικό γενικά ευγενικό, αλλά απέτυχαν να διεκπεραιώσουν το αίτημα μας για πιο λεπτά μαξιλάρια, προφανώς λόγω αμέλειας και χωρίς καμία εξήγηση παρά τις 2 τουλάχιστον οχλήσεις μας.
Καθαριότητα μέτρια, πρωινό μέτριο κ γενικά μέτριο. Κρεβάτι διπλό μικρό.
A wonderful location, very supportive staff, especially Mr. Ayhan and Miss Gozde who took care of us in serving a spectacular breakfast creating a good start of day.
Room supplies like tissues and toiletries were not supplied which are very essential to live.

Overall the hotel is a solid 09, the location is perfect , the staff are great and very welcoming escpecially Ayhan and gözde whose presence everyday at the restaurant made our day start in the best way possible. They both were super friendly, so welcoming and their hospitality goes just beyond expectations. Special thanks also to Ayten, the lady responsible for the room service., the breakfast at the hotel is perfect at all levela.
A bit pricy and the bed a bit small for 2 people.
The staff service was excellent. Ayhan and Gozde were very hospitable at breakfasts. Room cleaning was good.

In the mini bar it was one small water, in the check out, we were in rush and for 30 lira the lady in reception kept us long for small amount. But the other staffs all were very nice, very helpful. Except her were very happy with all of them.

Τοποθεσία τέλεια, δίπλα σε όλα, πρωινό με πολλές επιλογές, εξαιρετικό γενικά. Το προσωπικό ήτανε πολύ ευγενικό κ εξυπηρετικό. Καλη σχέση ποιότητας κ τιμής!
Θα ήθελα ίσως περισσότερη καθαρότητα, σε κάποια σημεία είχε περισσότερη σκόνη. Το βράδυ υπήρχε μια δυσκολία στον ύπνο γτ ένιωθες ότι είχε πολύ υγρασία, ίσως θα έπρεπε να αερίζεται περισσότερο. Το γράφω μόνο και μόνο γτ ενίοτε με ταλαιπωρεί η αλλεργική ρινίτιδα και δυσκολεύτηκα αρκετά να κοιμηθώ.
Dobra lokalizacja - blisko placu Taksim i linii metra. Śniadania nieduże, ale smaczne i zawsze było coś do wybrania.
