Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Cesenatico. Everything was excellent, from the facilities to the overall atmosphere and, especially, the exceptional customer service.

A special mention must go to Victoria at reception, who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, professional, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and always greeted me with a lovely smile. Her customer service was truly outstanding and made my experience even more enjoyable.

It is clear that Victoria genuinely cares about the guests and takes great pride in providing an excellent service. She is a real asset to the hotel.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would happily stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
