Pros:

Lokacija super, nema puno prometa, ambijent odličan, osoblje uslužno i ljubazno.

Cons:

Prilikom dolaska u hotel, iako je prijava (check in) od 15 sati i uz nagovještaj da ćemo otprilike tako i doći, soba nije bila spremna i morali smo čekati otprilike sat vremena. Kad smo došli u sobu primijetili smo da kupaona nije čista kakva bi i trebala biti. Wc školjka uneređena naočigled i uz tu napomenu nitko nije došao očistiti. Radijator u kupaoni zahrđao. Pribor za wc nedostajao. Vrata od tuš kabine ne postoje, mora se položiti ručnik kako voda ne bi tekla van. Krevet pretvrd. Što se tiče grijanja u sobi, radijator kad je odvrnut na max ne radi, a kad je smanjen radi na full. Na prozorima bi mogao biti barem jedan komarnik da se prozor može normalno otvoriti, a da pritom ne ulaze beštije. Iz sobe se čuju zvukovi. Ogrtači za spa i wellness pokidani. Cijene u restoranu preskupe za dobiveno. Vanjska terasa koja je namijenjena kao prostorija u kojoj se smije pušiti, hladna i prokišnjava, osjeti se i smrad. Wellness koji je jedan od razloga zbog kojeg smo se došli opustiti, iako je bio uključen u cijenu, očigledno s razlogom, presiromašan, voda u bazenu hladna i mutna, prozor otvoren iako je vani 4 stupnja, jacuzzi nije radio 2 dana od naših 3 i kad smo tu jednu večer htjeli iskoristiti priliku, nismo se u njemu dugo zadržali zbog prljavštine. Radnica u wellnessu nedostupna, očit manjak osoblja.

Pros:

Beautiful location, great facilities including sauna and pool. Staff were friendly and room was comfortable with unique design, large windows and great views.

Cons:

Only downside was bathroom design, as part of it was partially see through. There wasn't as much privacy as I would have liked especially since I was travelling with a friend.

Pros:

Alles war toll, insbesondere das Frühstück. Es gab bosnische Spezialitäten. Sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Terasse und der Ausblick unbezahlbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, könnten renoviert werden. Das Badezimmer war schön und modern ausgestattet. Da das Hotel im Wald ist, wären Fliegennetze an den Fenstern hilfreich. Wir hatten große Käfer im Zimmer. Bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel wäre das cool gewesen.

Beautiful location that makes up for the other issues at the hotel. Good for a short stay.
Pros:

The location is stunning. Beautiful and serene although the road to reach the hotel is bumpy and not very well lit at night. The wellness centre was fabulous. However we did have an issue where the hydromassage tub was not switched on during the second day of our visit. When we asked, the lady said she wanted to clean it and wouldn’t be switching it on until the evening. As full access to the spa is what we paid for it was unacceptable in my opinion. The cleaning should have been done before the spa opened. It surely can’t take the whole day to clean a hot tub. The gym was great though as well as the sauna. Swimming pool was nice and quiet and we had it to ourselves on the second day.

Cons:

Flies in the room. Lots of flies especially in the bathroom and housekeeping not addressing it. Housekeeping was extremely poor despite the hotel not being very busy. Rooms were barely cleaned and in one room the beds were left unmade. Basic toiletries not supplied. No kettle/ tea cups/ teas/coffee etc not in room. However, when we asked they did make an effort to locate and provide some items for us. I would say housekeeping staff need more professional training as this is what is stopping the hotel being properly 4/5 star even. Swimming pool quite cold despite being ‘heated’. One other thing is that you can’t open windows/balcony doors as grasshoppers will enter your room straight away.
