Cons:

I booked a massage appointment with them, and they asked me to pay a deposit in advance. When my appointment time came, they informed me that the staff member had not shown up. When I requested a refund, they told me the money would be returned through the bank within 3 days, but until now I still haven’t received my money.

I hate smokers more than I hate drinkers
Pros:

lovely rooms, good fun staff.

Cons:

SMOKING, how does a company ban alcohol but let people smoke around the hotel, staff, customers and passers by. there are no nonsmoking zones outside. if this is religious then smoking should be banned everywhere!!! 😡😡😡

كانت من اجمل ايام شهر العسل التي قضيتها مع زوجتي في البوسنة
Pros:

تصميم الفندق من الداخل والخارج الجلسات الداخلية والخارجية ايضاً و الخدمات المتوفرة مثل الإفطار و نادي رياضي و مسبح داخلي و جاكوزي وحمام ساونا ويوجد مطعم و محل كوفي ، كان تعامل جميع الموظفين في قمة الرقي ، ولا انسى ألعاب الأطفال بجوار الفندق.

عدم توفر عامل لنقل الأمتعة من و إلى الفندق ولكن يتوفر لديهم عربة نقل أمتعة

Luxe, rust en gastronomie op een prachtige locatie midden in het bos.
Pros:

Prachtig hotel op een rustige locatie midden in de natuur. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en gevarieerd en ook het diner in het restaurant was van uitstekende kwaliteit. Het zwembad en de sauna waren heerlijk om te ontspannen na een dag Sarajevo verkennen. De kamers waren comfortabel en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, tolle Lage, absolut tolles Personal

Cons:

Balkon viel zu klein für das Zimmer. 2 Stühle und ein 60'er Tisch, schon passen keine 2 Leute rauf. Zudem durch die schwarzen Längsbalken eher wie ein Außenknast als ein Balkon...

الموقع جميل، الموظفون رائعون، الطعام متنوع، المرافق والخدمات ممتازة

Cons:

السرير يصدر اصواتا عن التقلب في النوم، الشطاف اذا استمر لفترة يصبح الماء باردا كالثلج وليس كبعض الفنادق يوجد خلاط للشطاف

Great find!
Pros:

Property is very nice. The whole hotel is clean and the room was comfortable. The hotel is in the mountain where it’s nice a cool and there is plenty of parking and lots of trails to hike. My girls loved the playground on site. Can even see the playground from the patio.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have an alcoholic beverage at dinner but they don’t serve alcohol. How ever there was really nice fresh juice and other regular drinks.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal.

Cons:

Preis-Leistung ist nicht gut. 120€ für ein Zimmer die Nacht in Sarajevo ist sehr viel Geld. Finde ich schon fast Wucher. Die Massagen sind auch sehr teuer. Ich würde das Geld nicht wieder ausgeben sondern lieber ein tolles Hotel in der Altstadt nehmen und mit der Seilbahn oder dem Taxi hochfahren um einen Tag in Trbevic zu verbringen

Ordning i korridorer och bemötande från personalen

städvagn som står framme i korridoren under längre tid kan ge ett oprofessionellt och mindre välorganiserat intryck. För att förbättra gästupplevelsen rekommenderas att korridorer hålls så fria och välstädade som möjligt.

Personalen bör även sträva efter att vara mer välkomnande, positiv och serviceinriktad. Ett vänligt bemötande och ett glatt uppträdande bidrar till att gästerna känner sig uppskattade och ger ett bättre helhetsintryck av hotellet.

إقامة ممتعه وجميله

المكان المرتفع بين الأشجار
المكان مريح والموقع يعطي مجال للمشي بين الأشجار فيه مطاعم قريبه والتلفريك نص ساعه مشي ينزلك ع البلده القديمه .. الموظفين بشوشين متعاونين وأخص رياض وفؤاد جدا متعاونين ومرحبين

Hôtel parfait pour l’été comme pour l’hiver
Pros:

Superbe hôtel avec de bons équipements (piscine, spa, salle de sport, salle commune cocooning) et un bel environnement : forêt, chevaux en liberté, départ d’une mini rando pour l’ancien site olympique et des cable cars pour rejoindre le centre, à proximité d’un site pour faire de la luge d’été, du quad, etc.
Très pratique d’avoir un restaurant sur place quand on ne veut pas sortir le soir et gros plus pour le buffet du petit déjeuner, varié et très bon !
