Amazing hotel in the middle of a forest.
Pros:

The location was fabulous. The facilities were lovely and the breakfast was amazing.
The staff were all so helping and there is even a resident cat.

Pros:

The hotel is very good, not cheap and the rooms are not perfectly new, the bathroom shows signs of wear, but this is all within the norm. Excellent location, very good spa, the staff is generally friendly.

Short and sweet.
Pros:

We were a e group of 18 people, 15 motorcycles and a luggage van. Rooms, staff and food were excellent. We had to leave before breakfast as had a tour booked early but the hotel gave us all a super breakfast to take away. We loved it so much we have already booked in for our next tour,

Only choose if hygiene and cleanliness can be overlooked by you

We chose Pino Nature for a peaceful getaway surrounded by pine trees just a short drive from Sarajevo. While the architecture is beautiful, the experience in our room was a shock. We found a soiled WC within minutes of arrival, and even the replacement room was dirty, appearing as though it hadn't been properly cleaned in months.

We raised this with the front office manager, Fawad, whose reaction was dismissive however he did promptly changed our room and ensured all was clean in the new room. However; we experienced poor hygiene throughout the bathroom and room, with stained tiles, fungus marks, and dirty towel rails, worn out discolored towels, stained curtain roller and even drain flies; which should not be the case if a housekeeping manager is on duty.

The service in general was very slow, although two members of the F&B team, Mladen and Kidra, were exceptions and were quite good. Even front office staff; non expressive and Cole. Finally, we were appalled by the behavior of a housekeeper named Sabina, who was extremely rude about providing extra toilet paper.

Breakfast spread average. Spa , average facility definitely won’t trust the hygiene.

We seeked for peace but had 2 sleepless nights. And let’s not forget the cracking bed; making things even worse.

Another challenge, language barrier . There were times when staff came across as mocking.

Overall, this was a very poor experience, and we would rate it one out of five stars, urging Pino Nature management to take serious action to address these hygiene standards and staff training.

Prelijepo okruzenje,svjezina zraka,mnogo uređenog za šetnju i piknik

Nije radio spa ali nam je osoblje dalo voucher za naknadno korištenje tako da smo iskoristili tu priliku za drugi put odlazak na Trebević
