Pros:

Optisch alles sehr schön gemacht. Riesiges Zimmer mit Balkon. Wahnsinnig tolles Frühstücksbuffet.
Sehr nettes Personal.
Lage am Berg, sind runter spaziert (sehr cooler Weg an und in der alten Bobbahn) und abends mit der Seilbahn wieder rauf gefahren. Gerade noch den Sonnenuntergang am Aussichtspunkt über der Stadt gesehen. :)
Abendessen hatten wir auch im Restaurant. Essen war gut und Preise sehr in Ordnung.

Cons:

Wir hatten über booking ein gutes Last Minute Angebot. Der ursprünglich angeschriebenen Preis wäre mir zu hoch gewesen im Preisverhältnis was Bosnien betrifft.
Verarbeitete Materialien relativ billig und eben nur optisch nett. Aber für unser Angebot top für eine Nacht!

Schönes Hotel und nettes Hotel-Personal. Gute Lage und nettes Grundkonzept.

Cons:

Das Restaurant-Personal ist sehr unfreundlich. Eine Sauna und das Whirlpool war nicht funktionsfähig. Wir durften den Lounge-Bereich nicht nutzen, da der Manager dort angeblich bald ein wichtiges Meeting hätte. Zu teuer für das bisschen, das wirklich geht. Im Zimmer: Haare am Bett, Schmutz und Amaturen, die nicht gehen bzw. einem entgegenkommen (evtl. Standard im Bosnien)

لايوجد شطاف ولا يوجد غلاية وعدة الكوفي غير موجودة ولا يوجد ماء شراب مجاني

Különleges hotel jó szobákkal, remek design, szép környezet, bőséges reggeli.

Cons:

A szobák zajszigetelése nem elegendő. A szálloda mindentől messze található, az étterem választéka ennek ellenére szűkös, halal szálloda, ezért alkoholt nem szolgálnak fel.

Pros:

موقع الفندق جميل جدا في وسط الغابة، حيث الطبيعة من حولك. كانت إقامتي قصيرة، ليلتان فقط، وكنا نقضي النهار في المدينة ونعود مساء إلى الفندق، لذلك لم يكن لدينا وقت لمعرفة تفاصيل كثيرة عن الفندق.
الجناح كان واسعا ومريحا.
الإفطار متنوع وكافي.

برأيي أسعار الإقامة مرتفعة ومبالغ بها قليلا استنادا إلى نظافة الفندق ومستوى الخدمة.
كان هناك انقطاع للمياه في الليلة الأولى بعد منتصف الليل.
الأسرة تبدو نظيفة ومرتبة، ولكن يلاحظ المرء أن بعض مرافق الغرفة الأخرى تبدو متسخة.
برأيي يحتاج الفندق اهتمام أكبر بالنظافة والعناية بالنزلاء وحاجاتهم بشكل أكبر.
كفندق 4 نجوم انتظرت تميزا وتنوعا أكثر في الخدمة.

Cleanliness, no iron in room, balcony door not sealing well and partially open - bugs coming in, mould in bathroom, safe not working, bedding not changed even though specifically requested, small amounts of shower gel given just enough for one person to shower
