Gute Lage zum Erkunden von Hythe und Folkestone und zur An- oder Abfahrt bei Nutzung des Tunnels.
Pros:

Lage sehr schön in der Stadt mit diversen Restaurants in der Nähe. Gutes Frühstück im gegenüberliegenden Café. Leichtes Checkin-out, kleiner Parkplatz am Hotel. Mit geschlossenem Fenster konnte man gut schlafen, trotz vielem An- und Abreiseverkehr recht leise im Hotel. Bei geöffneten Fenster nervten die vielen, sehr lauten Möven auch in der Nacht. 🤷

Zum Stopp auf der Weiterfahrt ist Hythe zu empfehlen, aber nicht das Hotel.
Pros:

Ich kannte das Hotel von außen aus früheren Besuchen in der Stadt. Es machte für mich einen guten Eindruck, auch historisch.

Cons:

Der Zustand im inneren des Gebäudes. Hier ist alles renovierungsbedüftig. Der Blick auf den Hinterhof aus dem Zimmer ist nicht wirklich schön.

Cons:

Getting in and out of the hotel wasn't easy to do.. Room wasn't cleaned during our stay and water,tea etc not replenished. No safety instructions in event of a fire. In

Pros:

Room was pleasant, everything you needed except a little desk area. Beds clean and comfortable. A few details needed attention. Pleased with amount of sockets

Shower over the bath. Bath cracked. Glass shelf loose and toilet brush broken. Floor and shelves a bit dusty in the room. Curtains have a hole in them . Cover on light switch missing .
