It was a place to stay in a good location but wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

When we had issues the staff were happy to help and helped quickly.
Good welcome and explanation upon checking in

Cons:

Bathroom not very clean.
Broken shower and bathroom.door didn't shut properly.
1 partial toilet roll no spare
Smallest room given to us, even though other nicer bigger rooms seemed to be available.
Not a big choice on breakfast, only full English and not worth the money

Great stop over before tunnel
Pros:

The manager (sorry forgot your name) was fantastic with our group of 14 golfing lads.
Joined in with the banter and really looked after us

Over nite stay from Ashford
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and couldn't do enough for for the restaurants food would very very good and recommend it

Cons:

The back of the hotel could do with a good clean and decorated they was alot of old mattresses and old furniture in the carpark which is not a good look on arrival. The breakfast was OK but not great the beans were dry and bacon was very fatty.
The room was comfortable but the free veiw TV is very on and of, the shower is OK if your 4ft tall.

Pros:

Staff was very welcoming and helpful bedroom was nice and bed comfortable in a very good location right on the high street

Cons:

Carpark very small but room for one car per guest if people park right had breakfast one the second day we was there and wouldn't recommend it cold and waited 50mins for it
