The Flint Hotel

We had such a great stay at the flint! Location was perfect and the room was fantastic. The staff were all lovely, especially Amy who helped check us in early as our room was ready! She was super friendly and made us feel really welcome! We would definitely recommend a stay here!

Wirklich großes Zimmer mit Küchenzeile, wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Sehr nettes und hilfreiche Personal. Die Lage ist super, alles Wichtige ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.

After we checked in and had dropped off our luggage the receptionist mentioned that the air conditioning wasn't working on our floor. We went to one of our rooms and it was 90 degrees in there. There was no way someone could sleep in there. They receptionist offered us alternate room that was still on the floor without air conditioning. We had to go to another hotel as they had nothing available that wasn't hot hot hot. Now they will not refund my stay because they said I was offered another room. How does offering one hot room to replace another not room make this better. They also knew about this problem multiple days ahead of time, and didn't tell us because they hoped it would be fixed. If they had told us about one day earlier I could have canceled the room and booked elsewhere and I wouldn't have been charged. But NO they were greedy and wanted my money without offering me the services I paid for. I would not go here as they really do not care about their guests at all.

We loved everything about our stay at The Flint. The little kitchenette and eating area was very well equipped. There was even milk in the fridge when we arrived.

Location was great, right in the city centre within a few mins walk from airport bus stop and bars / restaurants.
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful at all times.
Our room was nice, very clean with excellent facilities. As always with hotel rooms, I had to swap pillows which were available. The hotel room we had backed onto the main room which was noisy so couldn't really sleep with windows open, and our air-con was noisy which didn't help.
The hotel was attached to a bar/restaurant which was nice albeit expensive. We were room only so didn't have breakfast in hotel but did sample some of the food which was good.
Overall I would recommend on a trip to Belfast.

I was hesitant to go with an independent hotel rather than a chain, but I am so glad I did! The Flint is in the perfect location for traveling around the city, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room itself is the nicest I’ve stayed in! The bed itself made the stay worth it! Having a kitchenette in the room was an incredible plus as well, and fully stocked with pots, pans, etc! They even make sure you’re welcomed to the room with tea, milk, and biscuits waiting for you after your journey. The hotel and restaurant downstairs have a wonderful historic charm while still maintaining every modern convenience and comfort. Amy and Anna at the front desk were wonderful as well! I would have no trouble recommending the Flint to anyone traveling to Belfast.

We stayed at the flint hotel for 3 nights , the location was perfect , the room facilities were amazing. A special mention to Amy and Anna who were so friendly and helpful which made the stay so much more enjoyable , they are an asset to your company. There was no noise and the hotel was very peaceful!
