Pleasently Surprised
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and near the tram. The staff are helpful. Room service was excellent.

Cons:

There isnt many shops in the proximity of the hotel. The spa facilities are expensive and should have more variety. I think the hotel should have a dedicated concierge desk to help customers.
Bath robes were missing and every room should have ironing facilities.

Ein sehr angenehmes Erlebnis
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr hoeflich und zuvorkommend,vor Allem die Leute an der Rezeption.
Das Zimmer war super,sauber und gemuetlich.
Die Lage ist sehr gut,man kann zum Aegyptischen Markt mit der Strassenbahn fahren,die Haltestelle ist 100 m vom Hotel entfernt

الهدوء والراحة
Pros:

الموقع هاديء ولكنه بعيد عن الاسواق والمطاعم والمقاهي ويوجد شاطئ جميل مقابل الفندق وكذلك محطة ترام تسهل الوصول الى المناطق السياحية والتجارية الاستقبال بشوشين ومتعاونين وخاصة الاخ العربي لا اتذكر اسمه

بعده عن المطاعم والمتاجر
غلاء تكاليف الفطور الصباحي يكلف 20 يورو من الفندق وقد يكون ارخص قليلا عن طريق بوكينج

اطلاقة ساحرة على القرن الذهبي
Pros:

الفندق يقع في منطقة جميلة بالقرب من المزارات السياحية في الجزء الاوربي قريب جدا من محطة الترام لذا من يسكن فيه لا يحتاج سيارة و لا انصحه بالسيارة
الفندق قريب جدا من حي بلاط مشي على الأقدام
نظيف جدا
الأسرة مريحة
وجود مواقف سيارات مجاني

عدم وجود آلة عمل القهوة التركية
الغرفة ضيقة نوعا ما
الازعاج الصادر من الشوارع المحيطة عند فتح النوافذ

Pros:

All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The property is closed to tram and bus stops; very easy to get to major places in Istanbul. Definitely will stay again.
