Localisation proche métro ligne 2

Cons:

Une responsable de l'hôtel a directement ouvert la chambre sans toquer ce qui logiquement est ce qu'il faudrait faire lorsqu'on travaille dans un hôtel. Le loquet était mis donc a compris que la chambre était occupée.

Siamo stati con la nostra famiglia all’Hotel Antica Posta di Ascona dal 31 luglio al 1° agosto e ci siamo sentiti davvero molto bene. Desideriamo fare un ringraziamento speciale a Laura, che ci ha assistito durante il servizio: è stata eccezionalmente premurosa, gentile, disponibile e molto comprensiva.

Quando nostra figlia Aline ha avuto improvvisamente un’epistassi, Laura è intervenuta subito, aiutandoci spontaneamente e con grande sensibilità. La sua attenzione e la sua sincera disponibilità ci hanno davvero colpiti. Per una famiglia, incontrare una persona così fa sentire immediatamente accolti e al sicuro.

Cara Laura, grazie di cuore per il tuo modo di fare così caloroso e professionale. Hai reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale e ricorderemo con grande piacere questo bellissimo incontro.

Pros:

The chocolate fountain was great! The kids loved it. I also loved the chocolate theme throughout the whole hotel.

Cons:

While the hotel had air conditioning, it was not sufficient for the room we stayed in. The room felt stuffy and hot. Even though the air conditioning was set to its lowest setting and maximum power.
