No A/C. No lift. Super small bathroom. Miniature sink. Very poor shower mitigator. Very little water pressure in the shower. Dirty carpet. Nightmare.

Great location, no useful facilities and the staff don't care.
Pros:

The location is great.

Cons:

The wifi didn't work, there was no air conditioning, the life was not working, the staff were basically indifferent to any of these inconveniences. The room is tiny, and the bathroom was even smaller.

A little bit of luxury
Pros:

We really liked the hotel decor.
It was nice to have a free glass of Prosecco and nibbles before we went out for the evening. We also appreciated the coffee machine that was available for guests.
We particularly enjoyed having breakfast brought to our room!

Cons:

The room was quite small, but had everything we needed. There probably wouldn't have been enough space to put everything if we were staying more than one night.
