Quirky and different
The Lower ground suffers from an absence of natural ventilation and smells musty. It looks nice but the refurbishment hasn’t been thought through from an end user/customer standpoint
The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great for what we needed and the room was amazing!
The only thing that was not favorable was that we were hot. The room needs a fan for those warmer days to circulate air.

Staff was very nice and friendly and did all they could to accommodate me. All bookings and communications went very smoothly
The room was in the basement which was a bit of a surprise and wished I had known about. It felt a bit damped. For the price paid, even though I was aware the room would be small, which was fine, I would expect a better standard room so in this aspect I was a bit disapointed.

Got warm in the room so opened the window, because of where it is very loud from the bars. No real fault and knew when booking so no issue.
Gorgeous stay from start-to-finish. All the little details really made it feel special and personal. Staff were all incredibly friendly and happy to help. The room was very small but it was perfect for just me. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean, everything you would need was available. I’ll definitely be back.
No kettle in the room but the staff told me where to find the coffee machine and/or offered to bring me one up.
Nice and very cosy hotel, clean, comfortable bed and bedroom and bathroom with window. It's close to the centre, close to the metro stops and the Piccadilly station. Many services are free such as prosecco in the afternoon, the coffee station and fresh fruit always available, hot drinks served in the room in the evening. The rooms were cleaned every day even though our stay was short. A big thank you to the staff, in particular to Hassad who helped us during our stay by suggesting places to see and recommending places to find eight food or just to have a chat. I definitely recommend it.
The location was great, the room was comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was lovely, and the checking in and out process was really easy.
The only critique I would give is that the reception/bar area felt quite cluttered and chaotic when we arrived.

Bathroom sink bit small but bathroom beautifully designed plus putting the hairdryer etc on a very high shelf not a good idea!

Manca un armadio. Ho chiesto delle grucce per l'abbigliamento.
Per la colazione c'e' una piccola mensola per un solo vassoio e una sola sedia.

Parquet da sistemare. C'e' un tappeto per coprire le lesioni. Chiusura porta bagno difettosa.
Il personale e' simpatico ma....per 2 mattine ho chiesto una semplice tazza di latte fresco e ho ricevuto il latte in modeste quantita' in un bricco e il caffe' in una tazza da latte.
Il pancake , l'omelette ed il the' sempre non caldi. Forse preparano alle 7 e poi portano i vassoi.
Un giorno non hanno sistemato il letto.
Tovaglia viso nel bagno sempre 1 non 2. Le finestre per arieggiare l'ambiente sono difficili da aprire.
Non basta il prosecco per " addolcire" questi inconvenienti.
