Unique little hotel. Really enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Unique little hotel. Really enjoyed the cookies and milk. It was a nice little treat. Staff were very polite and friendly. Smelt amazing.

Cons:

Showers need to be looked at as ours didn’t work so well. When having a shower there was only boiling hot or freezing cold. No inbetween.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Great location, fantastic staff and lovely room. Room very clean, quiet and the prosecco on arrival, milk and cookies before bed and breakfast included were all great touches. First time there and will definitely come back again.

Quirky and Comfy
Pros:

Fab location and very groovy small hotel in a shabby chic style. Staff friendly and helpful. A wee tray of nibbles and a glass of proseco offered before heading out for the evening was a nice touch. Fab bar recommendations from staff. Super comfy beds and bedding. Coffee served in your room on request. Would definitely come again.

Great location but wouldn’t return
Pros:

Interior design was lovely. Location was fantastic - 5 min walk to centre. Staff were great

Cons:

Bathroom was exceptionally small, usb plugs didn’t work in the room. Both the black out blinds and normal blinds were broken and didn’t cover the whole window. Size of the room was very small, despite booking the deluxe room.

Pros:

Everything. The staff members were so lovely, the Indian man was insanely polite, and made us feel very welcome. We werent aware of the complimentary prosecco, snacks, breakfast in bed and other extras so that was a lovely surprise.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was great.

Worst experience in my life
Pros:

I really don’t understand the good reviews. This place is easily the worse hotel I’ve been to in my life.

Small, noisy all night, uncomfortable bed, weak shower pressure, not even hot water…

Keys to open the door 😂 literally some dungeon. God knows how you people got 4 stars.

I’m not even a person to review, but honestly a shocking experience. Genuinely felt like I was sleeping in some medieval cubicle.

Ah yes “Breakfast to your door”… a 1 egg omelette. Budget place. Only good thing was the staff. Two young kids were welcoming and polite.

Staff were lovely. Expensive
Pros:

The staff were lovely and attentive . Small breakfast included which was good

Cons:

The black out blinds were insufficient and daylight came in and woke me at 4.45 am. No kettle in the room to make a hot drink .

small cozy hotel
Pros:

cosy hotel, room and bathroom were small but had everything one needs

Cons:

the desk could be cleared from the stuff on there so one has some room to put a laptop on or the breakfast plate. There is no central room for the breakfast it is served in the room
