Kleines Hotel in Top Altstadtlage
Pros:

Zimmer bereits vor Check In Zeit fertig, Zimmer groß, sauber & schön eingerichtet.
Hatte vorab Kontakt mit dem Hotel bzgl. Anreise & Parken - hat Alles super funktioniert

Cons:

Frühstück war etwas chaotisch - wird am Wochenende nur für 2 Std. angeboten und zum Glück waren wir 5 min. nach Beginn vor Ort denn schnell waren alle Plätze belegt, Brot ging aus, Tische wurde zwischendurch nicht abgeräumt da keine Zeit.
leider keine laktosefreien Produkte (vorallem keine Milch) am Buffet sowie keine Info ob Joghurt oder Käse laktosefrei waren und Personal hatte keine Zeit um danach zu fragen...das war unser einziger Kritikpunkt. aber Frühstück an sich sehr lecker und so auch völlig ausreichend, meine Schwester konnte es voll auskosten

Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen
Pros:

Obwohl ich mit dem Rollator war musste ich alles selber holen.

Cons:

Man hat mir nicht einmal gesagt, dass die Küche tagelang kalt blieb und ich nichts bekam.
Auf das klingeln in der Rezeption wurde nie reagiert

Hat den Erwartungen entsprochen, war für ein 3-Sterne Haus etwas teuer.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut. Wir mussten am Vortag allerdings intervenieren, damit es Frühstück wenigstens bereits ab 07:30 gab.

Noch mal Glück gehabt
Cons:

Leider ist die Buchung nicht IM Hotel angekommen- obwohl ich von booking.com eine Reservierungsbestätigung erhalten habe - wessen Schuld das jetzt war ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar - glücklicherweise war noch ein Doppelzimmer frei , dass sogar um 10,00 Euro günstiger kam als über booking com

Cons:

Für den Preis von Euro 90 pro Person war das Frühstück unterdurchschnitlich - die Zimmer schon in die Jahre gekommen- das Personal nicht motiviert

Schade um das schöne Haus
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage am Böhmertor ist einmalig. Das mittelalterliche Haus ist sehr verwinkelt aber daher auch sehr interessant. Schade das die historische Gaststube geschlossen ist.

Cons:

Personal ist inkompetent und unfreundlich. Unser Zimmer war mittelprächtig. Beim Frühstück war die Teekanne voller Ameisen, der Käse verschimmelt. Das Hotel ist sehr unprofessionell geführt und abgesandelt. Check out um 10:00 Uhr (obwohl kaum Gäste im Hotel sind) habe ich noch nie erlebt.
