Annoyed any time I left the room, for so many people.

The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

It was WAY to crowded. The wait for the elevators was over 5 minutes long and you was lucky to get on one. I had to take the stairs a few times and with a bad back that’s not ideal. You couldn’t get in the pool or hot tub because there was SO many people every where. You couldn’t hardly get to the food or drinks for so many people. It was not ideal for a quite getaway trip with my husband.

Pros:

Everything 10 stars across the board, especially their kind staff! Especially appreciate the free hot dinner and drinks every night. Most highly recommended! My family and I will surely look to stay at Drury Hotels here and in other cities in the future.

Pros:

Check was easy and staff member very friendly & helpful. Unfortunately we don’t make it in time for the snack time but did take advantage of the breakfast which was good.

Pros:

I had a large group and several rooms. The staff volunteered to work us all onto the same floor and helped with distributing room keys as my group arrived at different times. Excellent customer service.

Nothing short of GREAT!
Pros:

Breakfast and the kickback meal was fantastic. Everything was beyond clean. Staff were super friendly. We will definitely stay at more Drury hotels. Amazing hotel experience for sure. Couldn’t have asked for a better view. Kids had a blast! Thanks!
