Pros:

The staff was ery friendly.and helpful especially after we had to extend our stay due to the hurricane. Our accommodations were comfortable and clean. We especially.enjoyed the happy.hour and breakfast bar. 10/10 in our book.

Pros:

Evening food and drinks. Usually breakfast, but it wasn't open until 7am. Room was comfortable. Employees were friendly.

Our room was not serviced, AC was not working properly

The location was good

Cons:

The room had hair in could be cleaner. And the food I stayed at this hotel chainat 3 different states Tennessee Georgia and Alabama the menus is the same you need to change up this menu.

good clean room-hot water for shower- free supper- it was GREAT
Pros:

check in went awesome-my wife was having an early morning surgical procedure which required us to skip the good breakfast and then the attendant informed us that there was also a free chicken fajita -nachos and cheese-and salad meal that night - we enjoyed the dinner time meal and had never experienced that before. this is a great idea and we will be looking to enjoy this again--thanks

Cons:

we had asked for a room with a view of the space center and we got a room on the backside of the hotel--we could step out into the hallway and see the space center from the window at the end of the hallway--not a deal breaker though as supper made up for any issues. thanks Drury
