O hotel tem boa estrutura, limpeza e conforto. Seguindo o padrão de outros do mesmo estilo.

Cons:

Falta melhorar uma séries de pequenos e médios detalhes para estar no mesmo padrão de outros da mesma rede - no mesmo nível de preço. Todos os dias uma pessoa bate no quarto às 10h da manhã pra saber se o Frigobar precisa de reposição; isso pode gerar incômodo pro hóspede e atrapalhar o momento de descanso. Reposição de frigobar pode ser conciliado com a limpeza do quarto e também ser adicionado como função no app de room-service.
No app de room-service faltam opçoes no cardápio, principalmente do café da manhã. Ter que descer pra solicitar o que se gostaria de receber no quarto quebra toda a expriência de conforto e descanso.
Banheiro precisa de toalhas mais confortáveis e de mais ítens de básicos - ao menos uma touca pra banho é importante ter - no caso só tem sabonete, shampoo e condicionador.

el restaurante cebiche es excelente. ademas el desayuno es excelente. el personal amabilisimo

Cons:

no estaba muy limpia la habitacion. las toallas estaban gastadas y tenian olor....primera vez que me toca una habitacion con la mesita de luz sucia, que no la limpiaron 3 dias....al tercer dia la limpie yo...y el escritorio tambien con gotitas de cafe....Pedi que cambiaran la lamparita de la mesita de luz que estaba sin luz y no la cambiaron.... en fin no me gusto la estadia
