Ottima posizione nel quartiere migliore della città. Colazione con vasta scelta dolce e salata preparata al momento con un ottimo cappuccino,che loro chiamano coffee with milk. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Per il prezzo pagato la camera era fin troppo essenziale: nessun appoggio per le valigie,l'asta saliscendi della doccia era rotta e lo scarico del water funzionava male..nessun appoggio per i saponi,sia nella doccia che nel lavandino. C'era un solo asciugamano piccolo per il viso. L'ascensore non ha mai funzionato. Ovviamente per noi italiani va aggiunto il disagio di non avere il bidet,ma questo lo avevamo messo in conto.

Autentikus polgári hangulat Szarajevó szívében, tökéletes helyszínen!
Pros:

Két éjszakát töltöttünk Szarajevó belvárosában, egy rendkívül hangulatos utcában, közvetlenül a központban. A szállás egy patinás polgári házban található, amelynek autentikus és hangulatos berendezése tökéletesen passzol az épület stílusához és a városi környezethez. A szobák tiszták és rendezettek voltak, teljesen megfeleltek egy ilyen típusú, klasszikus ingatlannak.Hatalmas könnyebbséget jelentett, hogy a házban működik egy bájos, régi kis lift. Mivel idős szüleimmel utaztam, ez a megoldás aranyat ért, így egyáltalán nem kellett lépcsőzniük. A parkolást a közeli Hotel Europa parkolójában oldottuk meg napi 20 euróért, ami nagyon kényelmes és biztonságos opció volt. A reggeli nagyon finom volt a szálláshoz tartozó kávézóban, a kiszolgálás pedig hibátlan. A török bazár (Baščaršija) és a nyüzsgő sétálóutca is közvetlenül a szállás mellett található, lényegében minden fontos látnivaló sétatávolságra van. Tiszta szívből ajánlom ezt a helyet mindenkinek, aki szereti a belváros pezsgését, moraját és a hamisítatlan szarajevói életérzést!

Cons:

Minden rendben volt! A szállással szemben van egy pub, illetve 10 méterre egy kajálda, aminek zaja van, de aki nem szereti a belváros moraját, az ne ide foglaljon szállást. Minket nem zavart...

Prachtig hotel! Kamer was comfortabel en proper. Medewerkers waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kwaliteit van het ontbijt was top.

Posizione eccezionale , imbattibile , voto 10 con lode. Colazione varia , a scelta tra 5 opzioni, di buona qualità , late check out gratuito. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la stanza e lo staff ha cercato in qualche modo di accontentarci

Cons:

1. La colazione sebbene servita e di buona qualità , ha un servizio lentissimo , bisogna attendere molto per averla e non essendoci un buffet occorre necessariamente aspettare 2. Reception non presidiata , il personale del ristorante fa quel che puo, non c’è il classico receptionist che ti accoglie , ti dà una mappa , ti spiega qualcosa sulla mappa, etc 3. Le stanze non corrispondono assolutamente a quelle prenotate né per dimensioni né per servizi offerti e pubblicizzati , esempio manca il firgorigero, la macchinetta del caffè , il bollitore occorre chiederlo. 4 le stanze del secondo ed ultimo piano hanno letto alla francese e sono mansardate con finestre alte poco pratiche , anche questo particolare è stato una
sorpresa 5 la messaggistica di booking con la struttura ha tempi di reazione molto lunghi talvolta di giorni
