Exceptional Hospitality and a Perfect Location
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and were truly impressed by the exceptional kindness and hospitality of everyone at the hotel. They genuinely represent the warmth, generosity, and kindness of Bosnian hospitality. Amazing breakfast too !
From the host to the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We really appreciated the personal attention and warm atmosphere throughout our stay.
The location is fantastic—we couldn’t have asked for a better one. Our room was also very nice, comfortable, and well maintained.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bosnia. A truly wonderful experience!

Bardzo fajne miejsce
Pros:

Lokalizacja była bardzo ok. W starym mieście. Hotel klimatyczny.

Nie podobało mi się że winda była zepsuta , że po włączeniu klimatyzacji gasło światło bo był problem z napięciem i nie podobało mi się że zamawiając śniadanie z karty dostaliśmy inną kartę niż goście którzy płacili za śniadanie. To słabe jest powinno być do wyboru i finalnie deser też powinien być w cenie albo zaproponowany jeśli już jest taka forma serwowania śniadania.

la ubicación es maravillosa

Cons:

no hay wifi, hay un ruido de una alarma dia y noche, la electricidad falla todo el tiempo y estuvimos 2 días sin elevador, a parte de las veces que no se podía usar por las fallas eléctricas

El hotel era muy lindo, vintage style, bien ubicado, buenas opciones de desayuno

Cons:

Por los dias en donde nos alojamos, tenian problemas con la electricidad... Aunque podria decir qué no fue un problema para dormir en las noches (el problema con la electricidad era intermitente) espero qué lo puedan resolver

Nel cuore dí Sarajevo, a metà strada fra l’oriente e la mitteleuropa.
Pros:

L’architettura della struttura, rinnovata e molto luminosa pur trovandosi nel cuore della città. Il silenzio e la pulizia delle stanze, l’ottimo servizio di ristorazione, il personale allegro, premuroso e gentilissimo.

Cons:

Purtroppo il ns materasso era molto scomodo, usurato, dunque il sonno non è stato riposante.

Хозяин был всегда на связи, заселили быстро и комфортно. Очень просторная, светлая, уютная квартира, отличное расположение! Бесплатное паркинг место было важно для нас. Самый центр, все в шаговой доступности.

Cons:

Немного слабоват Wi-Fi, во второй спальне он уже не ловил, плохо уходила вода в душе. В остальном всё отлично

L'arrivée hyper flexible alors que notre bus arrivait très tard. Le style très authentique, joli, agréable. Le calme de la rue dès minuit.
Le petit déj était délicieux.

Cons:

Vers 6h du mat la lumière alarme incendie s'allume et un bruit de projection d'eau mais sans eau se déclenchait. Deux fois d'affilée (et les deux nuits de notre séjour). Étrange mais rien de grave

Super trevligt
Pros:

Allt var perfekt, personalen väldigt tillmötesgående. Frukosten var utmärkt, rena och välstädade rum.

Die Lage ist ideal, direkt in der Altstadt, Frühstück wird nach der Menükarte serviert (kein Buffet), Auswahl kömmte grösser sein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Im Zimmer kein kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden, wäre gut wenn man einen im Sommer hätte. Auch kein Telefon im Zimmer (für allfällige Notfälle).

Zelo velik potencial, če bi hotel malo posodobili. Spodnji del kjer je gostilna je super.
Pros:

Dobro: lokacija, osebje, zajtrk okusen, soba na prvi pogled. Samo 6 sob, kar je ok, da ni gneče. Tv-ja nismo uporabljali, tudi fena ne, tako, da težko komentiram. Ni bilo glasno iz ulice, niti ni bil vonj hrane moteč.

Cons:

Vsaj najina soba potrebna obnove, posodobitve (police v kopalnici ni, umivalnik in tuš kad sta spuščala). NUJNO nov jogi - tako mehke postelje pa še ne, bila je tudi zelo ozka. So zadeve funkcionalne za prespat 1 noč. Price performance ni bil ok v sobi.

Pros:

Ottima posizione nel quartiere migliore della città. Colazione con vasta scelta dolce e salata preparata al momento con un ottimo cappuccino,che loro chiamano coffee with milk. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Per il prezzo pagato la camera era fin troppo essenziale: nessun appoggio per le valigie,l'asta saliscendi della doccia era rotta e lo scarico del water funzionava male..nessun appoggio per i saponi,sia nella doccia che nel lavandino. C'era un solo asciugamano piccolo per il viso. L'ascensore non ha mai funzionato. Ovviamente per noi italiani va aggiunto il disagio di non avere il bidet,ma questo lo avevamo messo in conto.

Buono ma si può fare meglio
Pros:

Posizione centralissima e, nonostante questo, camera silenziosa. Buona colazione

Cons:

Ascensore rotto e il letto scomodo perché troppo morbido. Andrebbero cambiati materassi e cuscini.
