La amable atención del personal

Cons:

El ruido que hacían los demás pasajeros, gritos, portazos, mal educados. Todos chilenos (yo soy chilena, pero el comportamiento de mis compatriotas deja mucho que desear).

Pros:

La limpieza del hotel y las habitaciones, sin duda es uno de los aspectos que más se puede destacar. La piscina también es un plus. Las habitaciones tienen un pequeño frigobar que se agradece.

Desayuno buffet cumple lo prometido. Podría mejorar. Más variedad se agradecería.
