Very clean. The room was a nice size and well maintained! And of course breakfast the next morning was a nice treat.

Within 10 minutes of entering the room, we found it dirty, covered in dust, and clearly not properly maintained. There were also two large flies or moths flying around the room. We immediately reported the issue, but the team was unable to offer a solution or alternative room and effectively expected us to stay there. At that point, we decided to leave and find accommodation elsewhere.

The problems did not end there.

We were told to return the following morning to receive a refund from the manager. When we returned, the manager was not working. We then spent considerable time explaining the situation to Lisa, who initially showed little interest in helping. Eventually, she agreed that a refund had been processed and printed an invoice confirming this.

However, I then showed her that I had actually been charged twice. She took photographs of the transactions but repeatedly stated there was nothing she could do. This was among the poorest levels of customer service I have experienced.

Despite providing all the evidence and documentation, neither Cole nor the General Manager, Coleman, appeared to properly investigate the matter. The response was simply that a refund had been processed and that I should speak to my bank. When I requested the PDQ refund receipt, it was never provided.

Mistakes happen in every business. What is difficult to accept is the complete lack of accountability, ownership, communication, and genuine effort to resolve a problem that was created by the hotel.

I sincerely hope future guests receive better treatment than we did.

Die Lage und die Sauberkeit auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Pool und das whirlpool war super am Morgen 😄

Es war anfangs schwierig zu finden, da das Hotel den Namen geändert hat. Auch war es teilweise noch im Umbau
