Staff was super nice

Cons:

Had to wait about an hour and a half in the lobby for our room to be ready for us at 11pm when we got into town after our 14hr drive. Staff was super nice and at no fault to their own being short staffed and over booked.

Not good!!! Beds were like sleeping on plywood

The lady at front desk charged me 160 bucks for our room on a prepaid room thennnn 133 bucks on an incidental hold when it was only supposed to be 20. She needs to get her shtuff together. So make sure u watch her intently. She’s the East Indian one

Struttura nuova, in centro a Page. Ottima base per visitare Antelope Canyon e Horseshoe bend. Camera spaziosa, con frigo e forno a microonde ideale per un viaggio on the road. Piscina con teli e sdraio

Cons:

Migliorerei la colazione, poco assortimento. Mancava il pane per i toast (non previsto)
La persona che ci ha fatto il check in non sembrava avere molta esperienza. Abbiamo ricevuto un addebito superiore alla ricevuta rilasciata, ci hanno detto che è il deposito (indicato in fase di prenotazione) hanno detto verrà stornato, speriamo sia così....
