成田駅周辺のホテルは色々な所にお世話になりましたが、1番良かったです。
Pros:

スタッフの方の対応と無料のコーヒーありがとうございました！朝食もありがたかったです。

Cons:

朝食のバイキングのバリエーションがもう少しあったらよかったです。地元の食材や、ヨーグルト、果物など。ただ無料でしたので感謝しています。

Value for money and a relaxing stay.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and awesome. Cleaning ladies were also very great. Great pastries at breakfast.

受付の方の対応がよかった
Pros:

・フロントの海外の男性の対応が素晴らしかったです。言葉遣いや立ち居振る舞いなど完璧でした！少し前に宿泊した時に対応いただいた日本の男性の方は無愛想で案内もテキトーだったので、今回は大丈夫かなと不安でしたが、とても丁寧な対応の方だったため評価10にさせていただきます。
・シャワーヘッドが髪の毛サラサラになるやつでとてもよかったです。
・朝食も美味しくて6:30〜可能なので嬉しかったです。

Cons:

・特にありません。しいて言うなら朝食にオレンジジュースやリンゴジュースなどのジュース系があったらとても嬉しいです。

I would recommend it and will use the hotel again if I visit Narita.
Pros:

The breakfast was adequate and good and staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant 2 night stay and shopping and dining was within walking distance.

Cons:

For the price paid, I was very pleased and cannot fault it. There is nothing I dislike.

Pros:

就是比較老舊一點的飯店，但地點跟價格真的是漂亮的無話可說。預約了免費的機場巴士讓我們方便很多，早餐雖然很簡單，但也差強人意。對於晚班機到或一大早班機離開的人來說，是很方便的選擇！
