Struttura comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città, pulita, personale gentile, colazione ottima. Plus: il parcheggio nella struttura.

Pros:

Le personnel était tout bonnement génial, toujours souriants et prêt à aider. Petit clin d’œil aux deux réceptionnistes qui étaient géniaux. Le fait de pouvoir cuire soit même ses œufs au petit déjeuner.

Cons:

S’il faut vraiment dire quelque chose; l’ascenseur pourrait être plus spacieux

An excellent stay, friendly, relaxing, and comfortable with a traditional Provencal feel.
Pros:

The hotel is a lovely traditional hotel with a traditional Provençal feel. Both my bathroom and room had traditional openable louvred shutters (? persiennes) which opened onto a floral garden and tall cypress trees - delightful. The hotel was very quiet. Good coffee was freely available in a small comfortable lounge downstairs. There is a lovely outdoor terrace with traditional seating overlooking the garden and cypress trees - I had my morning coffee there - great way to start the day. The reception staff were all very welcoming and nice. The location is great as it is a short stroll to the historic sites, restaurants bars, et. The train station is a five minute walk away.

Cons:

Nothing - I liked everything.

ICE CUBES available to cool down when it is hot outside
Pros:

Location is excellent, on a quiet, tree-shaded street, nearby train station and main walking street. Staff very helpful and friendly. Beds are comfortable. But the best amenity that we really appreciated were the self-serve ice cubes in the lobby area! No other hotels that we stayed at offered this, or even very cold water to refill water bottles during the record heatwave.

Cons:

We would have enjoyed sitting on our bedroom's terrace if there were chairs and a table available.

Excellent location, good comfort and value to explore Avignon's historical city center on foot.
Pros:

Very functional, comfortable room with air-conditioning (much appreciated during a heat wave in June 2026), Comfortable good mattress, nice breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff. Very close to the bars/restaurants.
