Wohnung auf 2 Ebenen evtl. unpraktisch

Die Nähe zum Stadt Zentrum.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft erhielten wir knapp den Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt, ansonsten keine weiteren Informationen, z.B. Wifi, dass die Aussentüre abends geschlossen sei etc. Die Bettwäsche hatte diverse Flecken, Sauce? Zierkissen vom Bett war zerfranzelt. Badzimmer Teppich war sehr schmudelig, war dieser überhaupt für die neuen Gäste ausgewechselt worden? Es ist unzumutbar das Wasser minutenlang fliesen zu lassen bis mal Warmwasser fliesst, und das in einem Land mit allgemeinen Wasswemangel. Wenn dann Warmwasser fliesst ist es so heiss, und man kann es nicht mit Kaltwasser mischen, weil die Anlage nicht funktioniert.
In der Wasserflasche auf dem Tisch hatte es 2 Schluck Wasser, die wurde bei der Zimmer Vorbereitung für die neuen Gäste nicht aufgefüllt. Auch nicht an den Folgetagen.
Dass die beiden Betten auf 2 Etagen sind ist unpraktisch. Die Wohnung im 1.OG ist nur über eine 60 cm schmale Stahltreppe zugänglich, das könnte bei einem Notfall, Brand, Erdbeben sehr gefährlich werden.

I booked for a week and ended up staying for 2 more weeks. Enough said

The staff made me feel at home the minute I checked in until the minute I checked out. I felt as if I were staying with family. I whole heartedly recommend Ganesha!

Beautiful hotel in the centre of San Cristobal
Pros:

This hotel was amazing. Clean, comfortable and decorated to a high standard with a nice ambience. It's in the centre of San Cristobal and only a few minutes walk to the main square. Inside the hotel feels like a peaceful oasis. I loved the rooftop sitting area. The staff at the reception very nice and helpful. I arrived in San Cristobal early in the morning and they let me store the bags at the hotel until check-in. I really enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

Property is fine. Room is a bit cold on the feet, but that’s mountain life, isn’t it? Bring warm socks!!!

Don’t bother unless you can cope with having water issues

I had issues from the moment I arrived after a ten hour journey 17.00 . NO HOT WATER , NO WIFI . I was informed the electrician didn’t come because of the weekend . I was told “I will switch on the water” and that during the day they have solar panels heating the water . DAY TWO , same issue with the water morning and evening , dribbles , between complaining and getting into a nervous wreck… some warm water but not enough to wash the hair . A wifi router appeared in the outside space . DAY THREE , receptionist and cleaner spent approx 45 min to try and sort out the water , at this stage I couldn’t flush the toilet . I was told the pipes were broken . Late afternoon , I try and have a shower . Ice cold water. The receptionist tried to run the water in the adjoining room which didn’t work either . I was told the water was fixed , I hopped into the shower and the dribbles stopped and I stood there with soap all over me . Again I called the girl bla bla la ONE hour later and still no shower . I complained to the manager or owner , to booking.com . This is NOT acceptable . If you can’t run a hotel properly it should be closed until the water situation is resolved.
