I Really like this hotel. sea view from the room is unimaginably beautiful.
Pros:

This hotel has a Generator. Whenever you come to Sri Lanka, choose a hotel that has a generator. However, since this hotel has a generator, I was able to stay there without any trouble. Also, there is a pool; the staff are very kind, and the room is super. There was a bathtub in the bathroom. Everything, including the hot water and AC, is very good. many facilities & very good price.There are security officers present 24 hours . Actually, it is excellent in terms of safety. A place where you can spend time freely with your family The place is very beautiful; The sea view from the room is unimaginably beautiful. it’s a hotel I really like.

We stayed at the CRYSTAL RESORT DICKWELLA Hotel for with our family .and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we checked in, the service was top-notch—the staff was incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, even for a short stay. Highly recommend this hotel for its brilliant hospitality. We will definitely be back!

Felt like we owned the place, our own pool and beach and a fab breakfast next door.
Pros:

Amazing pool and view of the beach. We had it all to ourselves which was amazing. Room was clean enough and we had a pool and beach view from our balcony. A bit of a rough diamond. Loved our stay here.

Cons:

A little rundown and needed cleaning in general areas. Maintenance going on, limited hot water, PowerPoints a bit dodge. No hairdryer although was provided with one when asked.
