Pros:

La posizione è molto comoda per chi arriva in treno ed inoltre vicina a diversi punti di interesse. La camera tripla è molto spaziosa. Staff cortese e disponibile.

Very Comfortable.
Pros:

The location was ideal. Our stay was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was better than the other places we stayed at while in Italy. It was also very safe.

Average, though the people were very nice.

The woman fixing breakfast was the highlight of the stay.

Cons:

The noise from the street was not reflected in the price charged for the room. Should have been half the price. The bed was hard and low. Bedbugs. Coverlet on the bed was ancient and filthy.

Pros:

Tout d'abord, bravo au Personnel ! à cette équipe de jeunes femmes disponibles, souriantes, actives ! L'accueil et le service au top.
De l'aéroport, vous prenez le tram et vous vous arrêtez à : Alamanni - Stazione, l'hôtel est à 8 mn à pied. Pour le retour : Tram T2, du même endroit.
A cet arrêt : gare férroviaire et de bus.
L'hôtel est au deuxième étage, un peu déroutant au départ, mais sécure.
Ma chambre était petite, propre, avec une moustiquaire à la fenêtre (une vraie bonne idée). Des voisins calmes, donc je n'ai eu aucun problème avec l'insonorisation qui reste fragile.
Petit déjeuner, avec omelettes, ou oeufs brouillés à la demande, personnel souriant. Table commune, suffisamment d'espace en cette période.
J'ai suivi le conseil d'un client en commentaire : en face de l'hôtel, un magasin / musée à visiter ; où vous pouvez acheter. Entrée libre : Officina Profumo - Farmaceutica.
Les monuments, les musées, le coeur de Florence, accessibles à pieds en quelques minutes. C'est vraiment facile et agréable. Restauration : idem.
