Full refreshes are done if a guests books 7 days or over and are done once a week. Please note there are minor ongoing renovation works to the building's exterior. All work is conducted between 09:00 and 17:00 to minimise disruption for guests. Please note that the bedrooms are located on upper floors and are accessible by stairs only. Please note this is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests who are found smoking may be subject to a GBP 150 fine and asked to leave the property without a refund. Guest that cause anti social behaviour or disruption to other guest will also be subject to possible charges. There is limited parking at the front of the hotel and a pay and display car park opposite the hotel. Guest cards will have a pre-authorisation of GBP 50 made. Please note that the upper level floors are accessible by stairs only.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Liked the accommodation next to the restaurant/pub/social hub
Lovely and quiet.
Didnt actually see anyone that ran the apartments. People from the restaurant checked us in etc and helped with any questions.
No full length mirror in either of the rooms we had and the lock on my door did not always work. Shower temperature difficult to control.
Rooms were very warm, but it was in middle of heat wave.

The lack of air conditioning on an extremely hot night meant we didn’t sleep. The staff kindly gave us fans but they just blew the hot air around.

Above a pub/ restaurant that had a love singer both nights of my stay. Very noisy. Property was a bit tired.
Good location, quiet and next to a decent restaurant
Difficult to check in. No hotel staff on site and no one in the restaurant who knew how to check me in. Sat for 15 mins waiting for someone to appear who could do this.
Il posto è favoloso, la camera bellissima è dotata di ogni comfort. Veramente comoda e piacevole.
Purtroppo alcuni servizi da albergo non sono disponibili perché per esempio non tengono i bagagli se si libera la camera o se si arriva prima ed è molto scomodo fare check-in e checkout prima o dopo l'orario indicato.
Stayed here many times and keep coming back as the facilities are clean, comfortable, clean towels, heating, fan, hairdryer, tv.
Restaurant and bar onsite when needed, close to the station and very friendly staff.
Forgot I couldn’t get breakfast on a Monday! It’s not a complaint, more my oversight!
