Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff with 24 hour reception. Free water. Very central location for exploring Liverpool

Cons:

No kettle in the room, but there's a greggs right across the road, so nipped over for morning drinks.

Fantastic central location, directly across the road from central station and only a few minutes walk from Lime Street station.

Tidy and well appointed rooms, comfortable and had all we needed. Good security with the exterior door being closed after hours with a buzzer to access, and 24/7 front desk. Staff were happy to hold bags before check in and after check out, very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately the carpet was not cleaned with a bit of hair and misc disc clearly visible. The queen bed was also rather uncomfortable as it is two single beds attached together with no topper, so you can clearly feel the gap in the middle under the sheet.

Not negative but addition points to be aware of;
Access is via stairs only, property is situated above a bar and has late night noise; both of which are clearly stated at time of booking.
Also multiple internal rooms with no windows for those who may need to consider that aspect.

Decent stay and good value
Pros:

Lovely room with good shower and very comfortable Beds

Cons:

So many stairs, and steep but we knew this ahead of time. We were on the 3rd floor 🫤. Coffee maker did not work

Location was perfect for my trip , the young man at the desk was very friendly and helpful, he carried my luggage for me and was aways kind, plz recognize his outstanding work.

Liverpool and the football world Cup.

Value for money
Great locatiol. Lime St Station and bars shopping etc.
Lively bars just outside the hotel entrance.
Originally booked 4 nights but having such a good time, We stayed an extra night.

Cons:

Very noisy late into the night from the bars below.
We where aware of this before booking, and we extended the trip by one extra night. So it didn't have a negative impact on our stay.
