Staff was okay

Cons:

The bar under the hotel was full of drugs. The barman was taking cocaine and the security on the door wasn't really pleasant. I wouldn't stay there again if they paid me.

Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.
Pros:

Das Hotel gefällt uns sehr gut. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da, diesmal nicht am Wochenende, und die Rate war viel niedriger und viel weniger laute Musik von der Straße. Die Lage kann nicht zentraler sein. Unzählige coole Kneipen mit Live-Musik in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Alles war in Ordnung.

Nichts für Lärmempfindliche.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage für Zugreisende und für die Erkundung der Stadt zu Fuß. Offensichtlich konnte ein altes Haus (über das man gerne mehr erfahren würde) durch die wahrscheinlich denkmalgerechte Umnutzung zum Hotel erhalten werden. Es wird kein Frühstück angeboten, aber durch die zentrale Lage gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten im Umfeld.

Cons:

Es ist vergleichsweise laut (Irish Pub mit Life Musik), aber irgendwann im Laufe der Nacht wurde es ruhiger. Ich kann trotzdem schlafen und schätze die urbaner Lage. Aber vielleicht geht es nicht jedem so. Generell scheint mir das nordenglische Temperament ehr "laut" zu sein. Dennoch liebenswert!

Workers are friendly and they are helpful. Moreover, conditions of the hotel was wonderful. It was so central and it was close to museums, pubs and bars.

Lovely staff, location was good,

Cons:

We arrived had no electricity had to charge our phone at reception and return to hotel to collect, couldn't change us rooms two girls getting ready with no electricity wasn't great. Told we child mo d the next day but then wasn't ready until later but we had booked a brunch so again had to get ready with no electricity and then had went out our phones died while out and had to return to hotel to recharge phones.
