Lovely staff location brilliant
Stairs. We should have been in the 1 st floor so we were on the 2 nd floor
Staff here are so friendly, clean and spotless room right in the heart of it all, Irish bar down below so couldn't go wrong :) will defo return here.

Todo bien. Ya avisan de que hay un pub abajo, por lo que hay ruido hasta la noche. No es problema si llevas tapones para los oídos.
Central location,close to bars and restaurants
Was a bit noisy not from the bar,but all the traffic,an binmen,but only to be expected from a main road .

NOISE FROM the streets
The location was absolutely amazing it was within a 10 minute walk from absolutely everything. Shower was very nice and bathroom was very clean. Staff were friendly and willing to help with anything. 100% would return if going to Liverpool again!!
Not so much we didn’t like considering value for money, we weren’t expecting 5 star luxury. On the whole for the amount we spent, we were pleasantly surprised. There were a few stains and markings on the carpets and walls, but again it’s expected for the price. One thing to note is cleaners didn’t clean our room for the duration of our stay (3 nights, no new towels, bedsheets, bins not emptied ect.). However I will say, if we had asked at reception if they would clean our room, I would be shocked if they would say no, given how friendly they were.

Great location. Near main train station, shopping, restaurants, pubs, museums.
It's over a busy pub and you can hear it up til 1-ish but I knew this and they tell you in advance.
