Pros:

it wasnt anything like the photos, quite the opposite, i was ushered into a different hotel for an upgraded fee and i left after 3 days and flew home early, totally ruined my holiday

Exceptional service...beyond expectations
Pros:

Good value and well equipped room close to the beach. Easy check-in and helpful staff. Hotel was clean with good bathroom. I had a problem making an online booking for return bus to Bangkok Airport. The manager did the booking for me and also drove me to the bus station on the main road of Cha Am to meet the bus. Altogether exceptional service from good, friendly people. Many thanks.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. Would stay there again when I return to Cha Am.

Pros:

Good location. Close to bars and beach. Bar music at night, but I like that. Spotless clean, everything white, good bathroom and shower, good wifi. Nothing to complain about. Nice staff.
