Cons:

Too much noise in the night - drunk men in a hostel or bar nearby.

The entrance is not built for baby stroller - you have to bring the stroller upstairs.

The staircase and the elevator are not clean.

The two-level bed doesn't have any guards - our kid fell from the upper level in the night.
