Cons:

Bij aankomst in het hotel begonnen de problemen direct. Van de twee aanwezige liften was er één buiten gebruik, waardoor gasten, schoonmaakpersoneel en onderhoudsmedewerkers allemaal afhankelijk waren van dezelfde lift. Dit zorgde voor lange wachttijden en regelmatig was de lift al volledig gevuld met schoonmaak- en onderhoudsmateriaal.

Eenmaal op de kamer bleek de aanwezige airconditioning een enorme herrie te maken. Na melding hiervan kwam een onderhoudsmedewerker langs, die als enige oplossing de airco volledig uitschakelde en aangaf dat er eventueel een ventilator geregeld kon worden. De kamer bevond zich op de achtste verdieping en was zeer warm. Een ventilator is geen gelijkwaardig alternatief voor een werkende airconditioning.

Toen ik hierover in gesprek ging met de manager, werd mij verteld dat airconditioning geen faciliteit van het hotel is en dat deze in het gehele hotel niet wordt aangeboden. Dit staat echter haaks op de presentatie van de accommodatie. Op de foto's van de boeking zijn in meerdere kamers duidelijk airconditioning-units zichtbaar en deze zijn ook daadwerkelijk in de kamers aanwezig. Als consument mag je er dan redelijkerwijs vanuit gaan dat deze voorziening beschikbaar en bruikbaar is.

Hoewel airconditioning niet expliciet in de faciliteitenlijst staat vermeld, wekken de foto's wel degelijk die verwachting. Achteraf blijkt echter dat de aanwezige airco's niet functioneren en volgens het hotel niet gebruikt worden. Hierdoor komt de daadwerkelijk geleverde accommodatie niet overeen met de indruk die tijdens het boekingsproces is gewekt.

Op basis hiervan verzoek ik om een passende compensatie voor de afwijking tussen de geadverteerde en de daadwerkelijk geleverde accommodatie.

brak reakcji na problem w pokoju nie działająca klimatyzacja w pokoju było 30 stopni (dostaliśmy pokój na 8 piętrze gdzie na dachu było urządzenie które cały czas buczało nie przespaliśmy przez to całej nocy)(posiadam nagranie buczenia tego jak głośno było w pokoju) mimo zadzwonienia na recepcję nie otrzymaliśmy żadnej reakcji zwrotnej

1.parking is terrible for big cars. 20€!
2.late checkout till 1pm - 20€, why people chose late checkout? To get more sleep! At 11.15 am there was first knock on the door, we told them that we paid for late checkout, 11.45 am NEXT, not even knoch, just straight into the room... Thanks for "late checkout".
3.we chose king size bed to be more comfortable, WHO use 2 seperate matraces on KING SIZE bed? In the morning of course we were in the hole between matraces.
4.breakfest, there was not even ONE single egg in any form, there was almoust nothing at all.

Kind staff, limited facilities otherwise
Pros:

Amazing kind staff. Free hot water/instant coffee in lobby.

Cons:

Room spaces clearly hadn’t been cleaned and were left full of debris, was placed in a “mixed dorm” of all men. Bathroom not so clean.
