The pool
The staff were not as engaged or friendly like the many other 5 star resorts we have stayed at.
Stayed a couple of times here and it’s lost its way with service. Breakfast not as good, pool bar a disaster and breakfast drinks ordering chaotic, some arrive some dont.

I started my Bali vacation in Uluwatu, and its location couldn't have been more perfect. After exploring Ubud and Canggu, I didn't hesitate for a second to return to Radisson Blu Uluwatu the amenities and convenience it offers make it an absolute haven in the area.
On my second visit, the hotel generously upgraded my room to the villa section, which took the entire experience to another level. The sea-front views, the infinity pool looking over the ocean, watching the waves, and having a panoramic coastline view of Uluwatu was pure magic.
During my first stay, I was in a lovely garden room in the main building, which was already wonderful. But the villa turned this trip into an unforgettable story. I am deeply grateful for the incredible upgrade and hospitality that truly made me feel right at home.

Les taxes appliquées par le restaurant (10% de service charges et 15% de taxes gouvernementales) sont beaucoup trop élevées. Il faut ajouter 1/4 du montant total en plus sur l’addition.
Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Breakfast isn’t what I’d consider 5 star.

Note this is not beachfront hotel: the climbs down to the beach is very steep and slightly dangerous. Then the beach is too rocky to swim.
Also note the driveway to the hotel passes some construction site and workers shanty houses. And cows. It is not the most convenient to get in and out of. But is in a good location overall in Uluwatu. You’ll definitely need Gojek or Grab to get in and out.
The location was superb: Perched on a hill it gave an excellent vantage point of the iconic Uluwatu cliff view. But equally it is walkable distance from the main strip in Uluwatu which was excellent.
The facilities were beautiful. They really tried to cultivate a peaceful tranquil energy throughout the whole venue.
The buffet breakfast was pretty good.
The closest beach (Impossible Beach) was basically a private beach. Shared only by a small adjacent resort and some locals who go for a surf there. So that's pretty amazing too.
I don't really have anything negative to say.
Excellent resort and beautiful grounds. Spa is excellent. Enjoyed all our treatments. Laundry service excellent. Rooms comfortable.
Coffee at breakfast needs to be improved. Very average and would benefit from a better machine.
An extra bonus would be a small buggy to take you down the side road to the Main Street as the road feels unsafe at night to walk. Need more staff at the breakfast area and pool bar. Very slow service.
