Average hotel over priced and down a dirt lane that is too far to walk to the Main Street so you have to get taxi every

Very nice rooms, spacious and the pool was a good size

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t great, ran out of most things every morning, had to keep telling them simple things like the coffee machine wasn’t working or they had run out of something , the service wasn’t great , the staff not welcoming and they didn’t ask how our stay was. This hotel was very average and we didn’t pay an average price , compared to the other hotels I stayed in seminyak and Ubud this was more expensive and yet the other 2 were outstanding , this one was a disappointment.

Beautiful resort. Highly recommended. Just needs a little bit of maintenance and additions for safety.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were huge and the beds so comfortable. Breakfast great. Pool area stunning.

Cons:

There were only 2 things. The pool definitely needs resurfacing as broken areas of plaster which could cut your feet especially in shallow. Also the long driveway from the street is 400 meters and no lighting so pitch black. I felt very unsafe walking down there at night.

Always a pleasure, Breakfast is unbeatable!
Pros:

Great Facilities, grounds are very well kept. Lots of amenities. Breakfast is top notch, best so far in Bali!

Cons:

Not much, maybe just the music at the pool. Maybe play at different times or different music. Was great weekend nights, but Mondays and Tuesdays when you want to relax just need a different vibe.

Parfait pour un court séjour, bon petit déjeuner, personnel chaleureux et dévoué.
Pros:

Le personnel est super dévoué et soucieux que chaque client soit totalement satisfait. Bon restaurant Italien. Petit déjeuner style buffet avec amplement de choix. Le resort est à 10 minutes de marche de la rue principale mais le soir c'est peu éclairée.

Cons:

Il y avait de la construction tout près alors le jour c'était bruyant. Il fallait arriver max 9:30 pour avoir des chaises de disponibles à la piscine sinon aller s'en réserver avant de déjeuner. La plage ( plus un carré de sable ) de l'hôtel est minuscule, et difficile d'accès. Le personnel du restaurant doit débarrasser les tables plus rapidement lors du petit déjeuner car les oiseaux, eux, sont rapides à se régaler des restants. Notre chambre devait avoir vue sur la mer sauf que les palmiers obstruaient tout.

Excellent place close to everything
Pros:

Beautiful rooms with great beds and clean sheets and selection of pillows. Very nice buffet breakfast. Coffee in the cafe upstairs is much better than machine coffee in breakfast area.

Cons:

Approach road needs some work. Staff were great at reception and breakfast but around the pool not so much.
