Pros:

This is my go to hotel. Friendley Balinese owned hotel, only a small hotel with nice clean standard rooms, bungalows in renovation and can't wait till they are finished... the pool is bloody amazing, like swimming in a warm bath all year round as it gets the full sun all day. Very quite place, which is amazing to unwind after a hard year of work..
All rooms have good aircon, safe in the room, only the cottages have the tea and coffee but if you ask the staff they will provide for you. Walking down the side road is well lit for night time, easy access for taxis to drop you off. 2 mins up the road from coffee shops, restaurants. Padma ultara has lots of Blue birds so you don't have to wait to long for a taxi.
There is a little kitchen, food is very hotel, quick service day or night time.

Cons:

That i can only visit once a year as they book out so quickly.

Very nice small older hotel lovely gardens and central pool, close to our favourite part of Legian

Throughly enjoyed my stay at Sinar Hotel
Pros:

The staff were amazing..especially Annie who went above and beyond! The grounds were beautiful and the pool was great.

Cons:

Rooms need updating but value for money.

Pros:

Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Der Service war stets freundlich und bemüht.

Insgesamt ist die Anlage recht klein, und ich habe mich etwas eingeengt gefühlt. Das Hotel ist zwar nicht schlecht, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat mich nicht überzeugt. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen würde ich dieses Hotel bei einem zukünftigen Bali-Aufenthalt wahrscheinlich nicht noch einmal buchen.

Trotzdem danke ich dem freundlichen Personal für den guten Service und die nette Betreuung.

Cons:

Für den Preis hatte ich ehrlich gesagt mehr erwartet. Auf Bali bekommt man für einen ähnlichen Preis oft Hotels mit größerer Anlage, Swimmingpool, Strandnähe und Frühstücksbuffet.

Leider gab es einige Punkte, die mich enttäuscht haben. Das Zimmer wurde als Bungalow beschrieben, wirkte auf mich jedoch eher klein. Im Badezimmer lagen bei meiner Ankunft sogar leere Flaschen bzw. Verpackungen von Shampoo und Seife. Das sollte bei einer gründlichen Reinigung nicht vorkommen und hinterließ keinen guten Eindruck.

Auch das Frühstück entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen. Statt eines Buffets musste man einzelne Gerichte bestellen. Die gebratenen Nudeln haben mir persönlich nicht geschmeckt, und der Orangensaft wirkte eher wie ein Fertigprodukt als frisch zubereitet.

Pros:

Didn’t get to use the pool but my friends did and enjoyed it. Breakfast was actually quite nice.

Cons:

Not my usual standard but it was only for 1 night. After 6 weeks in Bali/Lembongan I woke here with a sore throat and blocked sinuses. Never a sign of getting sick previously so I’d say the ac’s need a good clean.

Have stayed before, this time was definitely our last time , too run down and no compensation for construction happening
Pros:

Pool area is great but needs new sun lounges

Cons:

Construction happening our whole stay , we were not informed before we arrived, workers there till 9 pm most nights , beds uncomfortable and mould out of control in bathroom

Great location, lovely pool

Cons:

Sun lounges need updating and more of them. Many are falling apart with dangerous pieces of wood and nails.

Need to update linen and towels. Everything is grey and many towels have stains.

It was a perfect location and price for my stay. Sevn next door was similar price but nicer rooms.
Pros:

Pool area was nice. Some Pool Bar drink service would have been good.

Cons:

The rooms and buildings are getting a bit tired and need a upgrade. Mouldy bathrooms and smelly drains. Peeling wallpaper and warm fridges.

Loved it here and will be back.
Pros:

The staff were some of the nicest people I've ever met, absolutely beautiful people from managers to house keeping.

Cons:

The only downside was some of the other guests, but that doesn't take away how good the place is.
