Pros:

Good comfortable room. We made a reservation and checked in very late but it all went smoothly. The location is close to the train station and train street. The two bedroom apartment had two bathrooms as well which was great.

Niet doen!
Pros:

Vriendelijke manager die oplossingsgericht was. Heeft mij toegestaan mijn non refundable reservering voor de resterende dagen te annulleren. Heeft echt geprobeerd mij te helpen.

Cons:

De fotos van het appartement zijn erg gefotoshopt. Het onderhoudsniveau is laag: afbladderend verf, geschimmelde kit, gevlekte meubels, kalkaanslag op douchekoppen. De bedden zijn keihard. Bij aankomst was het appartement smerig: schimmel in de badkamer, ongewassen ramen aan de binnenkant, stoffige plinten, kruimels en haar in de keukenlades. Na klacht is de schoonmaak gekomen. Die heeft slechts een deel van de toegezegde verbeteringe n aangebracht: dunne matrastopper beleverd, douchekop vervangen, oppervlakkige schoonmaak (na het schoonmaken waren de ramen nog vies, de schimmel op de badkamertegels was er nog en de kruimels en haren in de keukenlades waren er nog. Ik heb er niet geslapen en mijn boeking geannulleerd.

El celador que nos recibió, muy atento.

Cons:

Entramos al apartamento y decidimos no quedarnos porque el aseo no era lo esperado, las toallas y sábanas muy viejas, había polvo, la ducha con hongos… El callejón por el que ingresas al edificio del apartamento tampoco muy amigable. Tuvimos que salir a buscar hotel a la 5 pm.
