Friendly hotel in good location.
Pros:

Very good location on the seafront. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bar area. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom in room 33 is inadequate especially if you are of limited mobility. The sink is tiny, suitable for handwashing only, so difficult if you can’t manage the shower. Avoid when booking if this is an issue for you. Otherwise the room was quiet and comfortable.
