It was for what we wanted from our break
Pros:

Breakfast was good the only small thing I noticed missing was the lack of fruit on the menu or table. Apart from that everything was fine.
Location was perfect with a lovely view from our window.

Pros:

Location was excellent.
Parking was good but I have a small car.
Staff were brilliant - very friendly and helpful. Good value for the money.

Pros:

Location is fantastic beds are super comfy smart TV in rooms

Cons:

Parking can be a nightmare if you find a spot you can't move the car again for rest holiday or lose your spot. Also very small limited space around the back atleast they don't charge like a lot of similar hotels in same street.
Noise occasionally from doors slamming through night on some nights during stay.

Central hotel.Llandudno.A great place to stay
Pros:

Perfect!We stayed last week for 3 nights. We had a sea view room on the 2nd floor.The staff were fantastic,they couldn't be more helpful.The breakfast and dining area was fantastic.It was lovely to have a bar with plenty of comfortable seating areas We would certainly return if we were staying in the area

Staff so accommodating and friendly with warmth
Pros:

Staff couldn’t help us enough and were very supportive given my friends disability and gave us more time when leaving, moved us to a room closer to a lift and carried our luggage from room to car. They were friendly and personal with us. Lovely hotel made great because of staff such as raymonda and Christopher and a man at reception I didn’t get his name. Keep up the good work.

Due to mobility issues a shower would have been easier than showering in the bath .
The facilities were a little tired and dated . Beds were a little worn

Pros:

Stayed for a weekend in a king room with sea view. Staff were excellent from the moment we checked in. The room was lovely clean spacious and a stunning view. It is ideally located for visit ti the venue Cymru. Short walk to bars and restaurants and to the local shopping area. Would highly recommend!!!
