Pros:

We had such a friendly welcome and got a parking spot which a bonus. We had a great family room for the 2 of us and our granddaughter with a fabulous view of the beach, pier and front. It was an excellent location. Breakfast was fresh and hot and service was lovely.

Cons:

There was nothing we could complain about and I'm confident that everything was done to make our stay just great.

Dated but perfectly fine for sleeping and having brekkie!
Pros:

Pros:

I liked the presentation at the front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

My room was clean enough but there was a musty smell. The room could do with a freshen up.

Absolutely incredible
Pros:

We loved the room, and the window we had in the room which looked directly onto the seafront. The staff were very lovely and greeted at every entrance and exit.

Very dissapointed
Pros:

Plug socket hanging off wall ...reported said it was dangerous ...nothing done ...couldn't lock our door ! All paint chipping off toilet not cleaned daily asked for more milk he said I gave u some this morning ...and to top it off lift didn't work !

Overahall had a good stay and would go back again.
Pros:

The room spacious high ceilings. Breakfast good portions able to alter the menu. Bed was clean and comfortable.
Staff were very welcoming, approachable and provided information on request.
Having a sea view room just added wow factor to our stay.

Cons:

The bathroom sink plug function didn’t work. possibly consider some mid length curtain voiles for bit more privacy for when the main curtain is opened.
Possible suggested solar light fitted above the name of the property as accidentally walked pass it on our way back.
