Our trip to Llandudno
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. They took our bags to our room for us. We hired 2 scooters for a couple of days and we were allowed to put them on charge which saved them going back to the shop

Cons:

We were told before going that our room was only a few steps from the lift but in fact it was down a corridor then down 8 steps then up 8 steps before getting to our room which was difficult to do

We were on 3rd floor with sea view but not ad good as the 2nd floor sea view when we stayed before as 2nd floor had a nice big window 3rd floor had smaller window near roof gutter I had to duck down to look out, but very comfy and very nice

Great place to stay when using the theatre, helpful and friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Would definitely
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful . We had a sea front room that I loved . The breakfast was really nice. It was quiet too considering its location and our room was next to the lift but you didn’t hear it.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small.
Parking was an issue when first arrived as a large car was in the first space so I was unsure I’d be able to manoeuvre my car into and out of the car park, but staff explained about parking on the front after a certain time so just waited and parked there. Perhaps could have been told that before arrival as I would have changed my timings( I had emailed to ask about the parking prior to my visit)

The location is good. Ample street parking (payable from 10am-4pm daily). Hotel has its own parking at the rear but limited. Room is cosy and adequate.
