Pros:

It was clean and near a lot of different things where we could just walk

Cons:

the doors to our balcony took a lot to shut if we went out on the balcony

Directly across from The Spectrum Center

Cons:

Bathroom shower was dirty - still had hair over the floor. Bathroom & hall area was coated in a fine film of glitter. Walls were extremely thin & could hear the adjacent rooms & hall. Hallway was dark & had the microwave for the floor. Someone cooked something that reeked & stunk the whole hallway. Only 4 elevators to service the floors. Waited in line for 20min to catch elevator to our room. Restaurants stated a midnight and 1 am closing, called at 11:15 & no service was available on a Friday night. Parking was difficult, signs said no elevator, took two flights of stairs to find out there was an elevator.

Clean, I liked that it was next to the stadium

Cons:

Paying parking when you pay $300+ for a night’s stay is outrageous . Also, the fact that you only cover breakfast for two guests per room was not made clear

My stay was awesome. Tysha the restaurant supervisor also provided great assistance which made my stay even better. I will be returning here for my next visit to Charlotte.
