Pros:

My stay was awesome. Tysha the restaurant supervisor also provided great assistance which made my stay even better. I will be returning here for my next visit to Charlotte.

My kids and I had a great stay and will be coming back for our next stay in Charlotte.
Pros:

It wasn’t crowded and the staff were very nice and willing to answer questions with a smile. The room was very clean, I was very pleased.

I highly recommend this hotel for proximity to downtown fun!
Pros:

Its proximity to the Spectrum Center! While in the heart of downtown, I felt extremely safe and the noise was very dampened in my room! The from desk, restaurant, and bar staff were extremely kind!

It’s a great place to stay. You can pretty much walk to so many places.

Great Service for a Great Stay!
Pros:

Was in town for a legal conference at a nearby hotel and really enjoyed my stay. The entire staff was kind and accommodating, my room was clean, and the floor quiet. Loved the rooftop bar and the location was great. I would definitely stay again.
