It’s a great place to stay. You can pretty much walk to so many places.

I love that everything was clean and also the workers were very friendly and when you need help, they didn’t hesitate to help.

Classy, comfortable, and a great location
Pros:

The location is fantastic, especially if you're going to the Spectrum Center. It's upscale without feeling pretentious, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The elevator situation was atrocious. It waited about 15 minutes to get an elevator to the front desk. Then we waited another 10 minutes to get an elevator to our floor. We took the stairs down to the street level when leaving and used them again when we got back. It was faster to walk up and down 10+ flights of stairs than wait for the elevator.

Pros:

This was a nice hotel the staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved that it was right across the street from the concert venue. I will definitely book again.
