The room was very clean. Everyone was really nice and I was right across the street from the spectrum center.
Close to venue
Valet parking seems understaffed. Wait time to get back the rental car for the airport seemed longer than average.
The breakfast was good, I brought my own oatmeal from home to eat, but the water for the coffee was not hot enough and there was no microwave.
The bed was very uncomfortable.
We like that the property has the onsite breakfast buffet, however, compared to the Residence Inn on Sabin St., Providence, RI the breakfast here is marginal.
Good coffee but the other items were just ok.
This hotel is within walking distance to some nice restaurants.
We appreciate the clean rooms at the Residence Inns but this time there were Walmart tags on the floor next to the couch (???) and the room was steamy when we entered as someone, we were told probably “engineering”, had left the shower running on hot.
Breakfast was only fair. Shower left running after apparently being checked/serviced before our arrival.
I was trying to valet and they were all super nice and attentive, however one of the hotel staff members came out, I believe his name was Levern. He started to yell and make a fuss about where my car was parked as I was on the wrong side, which made everyone else uncomfortable when all I was trying to do was ask about valet. I was unable to valet because he was upset. He truly ruined my otherwise great experience at the hotel.
Unprofessional front desk was on her AirPod I asked for her full name she would only give me AJ didn’t team me nice until she found out I was Platinum review your staff and policies won’t be back
No breakfast
The surprise charges
It was okay
The bacon was to thin
Very good directions on how to self park. Staff was friendly and free breakfast was great. The best thing was how the room blocked sound as we were there on a Friday night. Would have liked hand lotion in the room. They have 2 bar’s including a roof to one. Convenient to the Spectrum Arena and lots of options around it for eating and drinking.
