Rude & pretentious staff. Welcome guy asked me if I was coming to the right hotel. Probably because I wasn’t dressed like a pretentious, rich sugar daddy. Reception guy put us in the wrong room, we had to change rooms - no apologies from reception. Just snobby behaviour. The staff have become too much like the majority of their guests: superficial, pretentious and snobby

Great entertainment complex, but no privacy

Great entertainment complex with a lot of restaurants, etc. Very accommodative staff

Cons:

Lack of free pools - quite unacceptable; only one small pool for free after paying more than $1000/night. All other pools require bottle service , etc. Generally, all establishments are separate from the hotel- you need to pay for pool clubs, you don’t have any priority at restaurants, no free yoga classes, and so on- I didn’t expect that . Once again , based on the price , I assumed all those things are covered. Knowing Nobu brand, I expected more finesse .

Неймовірно гарна територія, на території ресторани

Cons:

Шум від La Plaza просто до 2 ночі, наш номер був над рестораном Gaia і це було просто пекло. Дуже гучно, спати неможливо. Загалом в готелі жодного відчуття затишку, це просто прохідний двір, постійно ходять люди в зону ресторанів і ти живеш ніби в нічному клубі. Сніданок був лише в ресторані El Pimpi на стільки бідним, що я не памʼятаю подібного за все своє життя, я б сама мабуть приготувала краще. Персонал при заїзді не надав жодної інформації про то, що є на території готелю, лише видав карту. Після виїзду ми так і не зрозуміли де саме проходили сніданки саме для гостей готелю Nobu.

Best place to stay in Marbella

Breathtaking
Pros:

My fiancé and I took a much needed vacation to Spain, during our time there I decided to evaluate the service and the quality of the properties we visited. This property went above my expectations, upon check-in we were given an upgrade to room #251 ,wow!!!!! This four bedroom slice of heaven was perfectly located, we were close to the restaurants and a 3 minute walk to the ach. The view from the balcony in the morning was unreal! I truly wish I would have written every name down that tended to our needs , but I would be accurate by saying EVERY single staff member went above and beyond. I literally cannot wait to come back to this property and personally that Gabriel from Nobu restaurant, Sammy and Javj from guest services... until next time!

Relaxing with little need to go anywhere else!
Pros:

Room was spacious. Shower was great. Despite the bussell and noise some people have mentioned on reviews we didn't hear anything. Everything was conveniently located to the room.

Cons:

No dressing table with mirror. Mirror to bathroom and on wall plus a desk but not as one for make up and hair.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Nobu Marbella, and it was truly a fantastic experience from beginning to end.

The entire team was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, making me feel special throughout my stay. What touched me the most was the amazing birthday surprise they prepared for me. The thoughtful amenities and beautiful details exceeded all my expectations and made me feel like a true princess!
