Excellent bed & pillow comfort

Conveniently located. Housekeeping staff were excellent.
I was charged a daily “amenities fee” that was not in the hotel listing and is not approved by the corporate offices of the hotel chain. When I complained I was told it was this hotel’s policy.
Breakfast was excellent..
Water coming from wash basin faucet was yellow color, seems contaminated, not comfortable taking shower
The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I didn't catch her name. Breakfast was very good.
We arrived shortly after 3:00 but had to wait about 15-20 minutes while the "manager finished inspecting all the rooms." The staff was very apologetic.
Breakfast was chaotic. Coffee ran out and was spilled everywhere. Instead of brewing more the staf tossed out a platter of decaf keureg pods and one small machine. No coffee in room. People were asking for food trays to be refilled. Breakfast staff was not helpful or pleasant. We left and bought elsewhere instead of complaining.
We recommended this hotel to multiple friends, as we were all in town for a funeral. When my wife and I tried to check in, we were informed that our room type was not available, even though we were the first to reserve from our group. Then they sent us to a room with a broken A/C unit. A third try revealed the same. We finally ended up in a double queen accessible room. There was no luggage cart to be found, and the clerk told us the entire hotel only had one. One of the two elevators was also out of order. The next morning at breakfast, there was no regular coffee, no juice and no cinnamon rolls. And to top it off, the shower head in our shower wouldn’t stay up.
We had recently started staying with IHG again after many years with Hilton. This stay will probably send us back to Hilton.
The staff was always smiling. The front desk, kitchen, and housekeeper. The shower is hot, and the air conditioner is just right

This hotel socks first of all I booked a room on June 28th 2026 for one night. When l arrived it was after the 3:00 check-in time. I drove over 200 miles to an event that started before my check in time, so when the event was over around 9:30 I headed to the hotel to get my room but they told me l didn't have a room because I booked with a third-party and they were over booked. So that left me and my family with a place to stay. If the shoe was on the other foot they would have charged me a fee.
Location and lots to do in the area
EV chargers did not work (this was a main trading go booking here), breakfast ran out of food, there was a kid soccer convention and hotel was crowded. Staff was not helpful with questions about the EV chargers.
The building was in good condition. That is all I can say.
We arrived around midnight and did not get a room until 2 am because they were short-staffed and could not get rooms ready. There were many people "camping" in the lobby, including my family, taking naps because no one could get a room. Mind you, we came for a business trip and had to be at the event at 8 am the next day, so we barely got any sleep.
The next day, we came down for breakfast, and there was no food left and no coffee in the coffee machine. And we came pretty early, too. It happened for the same reason: only one person was in charge of breakfast, and she physically could not keep up with the number of people showing up and the amount of food needed.
I asked to speak with the manager, but since it was the weekend, no one was available. It also seems like the GM is slacking and not doing a great job staffing her facility. I would love some sort of compensation because, for the price paid, the service was terrible, though the staff was very, very nice.
Quiet location
Breakfast was poor went half an hour before closing nothing available told we missed out!!!
Was a good experience. Love the hot food. But did not get my deposit back for the 4 days I stayed there. Location was good overall and the parking
Naye Naye greetius & did an upgrade, nice! Terrance McCall asked if we needed help unloading... very nice. Laqucia gave me more towy... she had to go downstairs to get them. Everyone very welcoming!
Nothing
No guest rooms were cleaned by 8:00 pm so we canceled our reservation and moved to another location. I was promised a full refund.
