Quite , friendly, and comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Hot and a good selection. Biscuits were cooked perfectly and the bacon was crispy.

The breakfast was above expectations - loved more options than carbs, like the white egg omelet, potatoes and side of yogurt.
The front desk check-in woman in the evening was great - just a nice, smooth check-in.
Hotel room was very clean, linens smelled fresh, hotel overall felt very clean and bright.
