We will return!
Pros:

Convenient location to the ferry, Nanaimo and Ladysmith, with ample and well-lit parking. Exceptionally clean room, lobby and breakfast area. We will definitely come back on our next trip to the Island.

Bookings cost us a lot more than the hotel would have charged us. That is not cool

Great place for kids
Pros:

The pool and hot tub where great. Rooms clean and coffee was good. Nice outdoor patio for use with fire pit and covered space..

Cons:

Could have used an extra pillow and towel in room.

Nice hotel! Friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet and comfortable. Everything worked. And the room was clean. The pool and hot tub was nice. Yay for pool towels!!! And there is absolutely the most beautiful stream/old train bridge/giant trees right behind the hotel it was absolutely stunning.
And they have a fenced off area with picnic tables which was really nice for us with having dogs.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been better, but honestly still not bad. And I would stay again.

Cons:

The rooms are uncomfortable. Bed is rock hard. No chairs in the room so your left sitting on a bed without enough pillows to prop you up. Too expensive
