Pros:

Oasis in Hoi An. The relaxing atmosphere, loved the decor and vibe, great breakfast, and customer service. Spacious rooms. Decent size pool area. We had a balcony to watch the storms come in.

Cons:

The loud hum of the very important aircon on the wall outside our bedroom. I got used to it!

A real paradise
Pros:

This place is amazing, a real gem. All the people working there are doing their Job so professionally. The room was amazing, big and clean with a very nice balcony. It is quiet and very nice furnished. The whole hotel looks authentic, new and very clean. It is a new hotel. I liked the bathroom very much. The first time in my life I sleep on such comfort able bed. The service is amazing and for 3 weeks Vietnam we had there the best breakfast ever. Even in the 5 star hotel in Danang the room and the breakfast and the service wasn't that good. I wish I could stay longer there. We had to check out at 4.30am and they even prepared a nice breakfast box for us. I was so thankful being there. Everything was worth doing there.

Beautiful pool area and great location
Pros:

Beautiful courtyard with inviting pool. The staff is very kind and gives you many recommendations for Hoi An. The location is great and the breakfast spread is good too.

Exceeded our expectations all of the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable

The location is excellent everything is an easy 5 to 10 minute walk to the Old Town,the riverfront night markets.Bars,restaurants cafes etc

I really appreciated the staff's hospitality and helpfulness throughout my stay... a special shout-out to Chloe, who was particularly kind and supportive.
The room and bed were very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless and exceptionally well maintained.

С первой минуты и до отъезда было полное ощущение, что мы долгожданные и ценные гости! Персонал на ресепшене очень вежливый и отзывчивый, несмотря на языковой барьер, заселение прошло очень быстро и легко! Номер был на первом этаже, просторный! Кровати, как облако! Мягкие, удобные, постельное белье белоснежное и свежее!
После прогулки по городу мы всей семьей отправились в бассейн. Он оказался чистым, красивым и вокруг зелень, как с картинки!
Завтраки разнообразные, вкусные, было все, что хочешь! Очень вкусный кофе👍
В гостинице тихо, отдыхают семьи с детьми. Просто релакс после шумного и многолюдного города.
Я рекомендую каждому гостю именно эту гостиницу, лучшего варианта просто не найти👍

Oasis we would happily visit again
Pros:

HoiAn Central Hotel is a great oasis at the edge of the old town. We very much enjoyed our two days there. The location is great for exploring locally and bikes if you want to further a field like the beach. When down with tourist things we relaxed and read by the pool under the trees. Staff were friendly and very helpful with tickets and logistics. Excellent hotel, highly recommend
