This has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences. The staff was unprofessional, and despite confirming a booking for a relatively spacious room, we were informed upon arrival that the same unit had been allocated to another guest due to a corporate booking.

This lack of basic coordination and accountability is unacceptable.

I strongly advise against staying at this property.

This is the second time treebo you have let me down. Cockroaches roaming around, stained bedsheets, rude receptionist, dirty room, no toiletery.
I will never be booking any hotel maintained or owned by treebo from now.
