I don’t feel the value was there in the amount spent.
Pros:

Room was small and dull. Bathroom needs work. I felt the sheets needed to be upgraded. I believe they were clean but for foreigners it doesn’t meet the mark. Location unfortunately not there problem but dusty and somewhat hard to get to because of the metro line construction out front and looks like months before it is completed. I did not appreciate the weekly reminder from this hotel to pay half the room payment or you could loose your booking. I booked on month ahead of my stay. The pictures of the rooms are a way more impressive than the reality.

Pros:

Nothing at all

Cons:

This has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences. The staff was unprofessional, and despite confirming a booking for a relatively spacious room, we were informed upon arrival that the same unit had been allocated to another guest due to a corporate booking.

This lack of basic coordination and accountability is unacceptable.

I strongly advise against staying at this property.

Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

This is the second time treebo you have let me down. Cockroaches roaming around, stained bedsheets, rude receptionist, dirty room, no toiletery.
I will never be booking any hotel maintained or owned by treebo from now.
