Es war ein schöner entspannter Kurzurlaub.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral. Das Frühstück ist sehr schön hergerichtet und war lecker. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war sehr aufmerksam.

Cons:

Unser Deluxe-Zimmer war doch sehr „antik“, das war nicht so meins.
Das Personal im Empfangsbereich nicht unhöflich, aber doch nicht an einem Gast interessiert. Ich hätte mir gerne ein „wie hat Ihnen der Aufenthalt bei uns gefallen“ „Ich wünsche Ihnen eine gute Heimfahrt „ oder ähnliches gewünscht.

Ein wunderbares Hotel in einer wunderbaren Stadt!
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Zimmer sehr ansprechend, und viele Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. die frei nutzbaren Terrassen, haben den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Sehr gut auch die Möglichkeit eines Parkplatzes in einem nahe gelegenen Parkhaus.

Cons:

Es handelt sich wirklich um Kleinigkeiten: Das WLAN konnte immer erst nach wiederholtem Verbindungsversuch gestartet werden, hat dann aber funktioniert. Dennoch war das ärgerlich. Und während das Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich war, galt das leider nicht für den Herrn bei meiner Ankunft. Aber Ausnahmen bestätigen bekanntlich die Regel.

Sehr ansprechendes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt.
Pros:

Ein klassisches deutsches Hotel. Wir hatten die kleines Zimmerkategorie gebucht, dennoch war Platz für einen Sessel, einen kleinen Schreibtisch und einen Stuhl. Sehr bequeme Betten. Sehr sauber. Badezimmer und Dusche etwas beengt. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbüffet. Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts. Allenfalls der Umstand, dass an beiden Tagen die Brötchen um 9 Uhr vergriffen waren und für Nachschub erst auf Nachfrage gesorgt wurde.

Hat alles geklappt. Bei einem nächsten Besuch in Konstanz werden wir wieder dieses Hotel wähllen.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, schönes ehrwürdiges Gebäude. tolles Frühstücksbuffet. auch das Nachtessen im Restaurant war vorzüglich.

Cons:

Der Herr an der Reception beim Auschecken könnte den Abschied mit einem Lächeln noch etwas lindern....

Old Town charm, but not ideal if you have a car
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic location in the Old Town. The room was uniquely appointed with a mix of traditional furniture and modern conveniences and was very comfortable for our 3 night stay. We loved the classic feel of the hotel with its grand staircase and library filled with books and games for visitors to use.

Cons:

The location, while fabulous for Old Town access, isn't ideal if you have a car because it's on a road with limited vehicle access. In addition, off-site parking was either expensive or far away. The breakfast was adequate, but nothing special.

Séjour en couple, avec des visites de Constance et des environs, c'est vraiment top.

La situation géographique de l'hôtel, il n'y pas mieux, l'hôtel est magnifique, le personnel très agréable.

Le prix du petit déjeuner, dissuasif malheureusement.
