schönes zentrales Hotel mit minimalen Schwächen aber starkem Personal
Pros:

absolute Kulanz bei einer kurzfristigen Umbuchung (alles 1 Tag nach hinten verschoben weil das Auto unterwegs kaputt gegangen ist.
Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage ist top, Altstadt (Hillman- / Loriotplatz, Rathaus usw) fußläufig erreichbar.
Hoteleigener Parkplatz vorhanden (aktuell 13 € pro Tag). Leistungsstarke Klimaanlage, die bei 40° sehr hilfreich war

Cons:

Das sind letztlich Kleinigkeiten, also jammern auf hohem Niveau.
Das Zimmer zur Hauptstrasse hin hat den Nachteil, dass man dauernd die Straßenbahn vorbei rumpeln hört.
Ferner ist die Beleuchtung auf den Fluren sehr hell, man erschrickt, wenn die "Flutlichtanlage" angeht. Klar, Sicherheit ist wichtig aber es geht sicher etwas "gedimmter" ;-)
Das einzige, was wirklich schade ist, dass - trotz massig vorhandenen Platzes im Zimmer - leider kaum Haken und vor allem zu wenig Handtuchhalter vorhanden sind. So ist man fast gezwungen, die Handtücher täglich zu wechseln, da sie kaum trocknen. Vielleicht wird hier im Zuge der Nachhaltigkeit noch ein wenig nachgebessert?

Cons:

Katastrophe: Zimmer im ersten OG war zur Straße raus und hat bei jeder Straßenbahn gewackelt! Die Straßenbahn fuhr auch nachts.

Nära till stationen, fina och fräscha rum, trevlig personal. Bra temperatur (reste när det var värmebölja ute).

Cons:

Fönstret vette ut mot gatan och spårvagnen skramlade till extra mycket precis utanför fönstret, spårvagn gick hela natten och störde sömnen.
