Mooi en goed hotel met fijn personeel.
Pros:

Het is een mooi hotel met vriendelijk personeel op een goede afstand van het centrum. Spa faciliteiten zijn heel erg mooi en goed.

Cons:

Er was geen airco en met de hoge temperaturen was het bijna onmogelijk om te slapen. Er werd wel een ventilator neergezet maar die kon het niet veel beter maken.

Tasteful luxurious, stylish hotel.
Pros:

Attractive, traditional design with lots of wood and wooden furniture. Reception staff were good and attentive. Nice indoor swimming pool. Good views from balcony ( paid extra). Spacious well designed room, but no coffee, tea or hot drinks in room and we were charged euro 20 for the hot drinks which were advertised as replacing room drinks facilities, despite no warning about the cost.

Cons:

No hot drinks available in bedrooms ( coffee ior tea ). As a guest we were told in the restaurant that it " was full" although several empty tables. No alternative suggestions to use a second restaurant in the hotel ( we didn't know that the Wilder restaurant existed) and the waiter seemed surprised ( although only about 2015 hr ) that we didn't know where else we could eat that evening, ( like other nearby restaurants outside the hotel ). There seems to be an education need for staff about alternative food options , within and outside the hotel.

Eine "Offenbarung", die heutzutage selten geworden ist. Wir können nur eins sagen: DANKE!
Pros:

Wir vergeben wirklich selten volle 10 Punkte. Denn das heißt "perfekt" oder nahe dran. Und das ist inzwischen sehr selten geworden. Leider. Aber dieses Hotel verdient es! Man kann nur wünschen, dass solche Häuser in diesen nicht ganz einfachen Zeiten überleben. Es fühlte sich an, wie die berühmte "hochwertige" Hotellerie in Tirol. Wirklich alles war ein Grund zur Freude. Tadellose Zimmer, außergewöhnliches, überaus vielseitiges und sehr liebevoll arrangiertes Frühstück, sehr freundliches, schnelles Personal, großzügiger Wellnessbereich, viel Charme und Detailverliebtheit im ganzen Haus. Danke an die Familie Haag und das Team! Mehr ist nicht zu sagen. Note 1! PS: Leider konnten wir an dem Tag die Restaurantqualität nicht testen. Vielleicht beim nächsten Mal... :-)

Belle étape gastronomique
Pros:

Le côté ancien La piscine, le sauna, le super restaurant, l’incroyable buffet de petit déjeuner, les nappes blanches, serviettes brodées. , la gentillesse de tout le personnel, de bon l, accueil jusqu’au restaurant, le très grand parking

Cons:

La non climatisation , en été ou canicule se supporte mal, en demi-saison ou hiver , aucun problème pour cet hôtel
Et l’internet très faible dans la chambre

Trier est à bonne distance de l’hôtel, qui lui est parfait comme étape gastronomique, mais loin du centre

Pros:

Petit déjeuner et restaurant excellent et serveuses parfaites. Bel hôtel. Piscine agréable et bienvenue avec cette chaleur

Cons:

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre située
au dessus de la terrasse du restaurant : groupe de clients irrespectueux jusque minuit: la direction ou le personnel auraient dû intervenir ! On a du fermer la fenêtre malgré la chaleur

Pros:

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und wir haben in Restaurant zu Abend gegessen. Leider mussten wir aus Grund eines Unfalls früher abreisen und konnten das auszeichnete Essen nicht nochmals genießen. Wir werden das auf jedem Fall nachholen.

Nice hotel
Pros:

A nice clean room, very friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast with a very wide variety of choices. Food in the restaurant in the evening was also very good.

Cons:

The restaurants are very popular with locals, so often the parking is difficult in the evenings, as the parking lots are full of cars and guests have no where to park. Also my room was above the restaurant , lots of noise and music on the weekends.
