Nice cooked breakfast. Bar prices reasonable... Lovely beach side location

Cons:

Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Evening meals not very good.. could have done with a separate area for staying guests... Bar area more like a downtrodden pub.

Good location right by the beach. Clean and comfy beds

Cons:

All looking a bit tired - I think the photos are from some time ago. Staff member surly and unhelpful. No hairdryer in the room - had to ask at reception. Not good value for money and no breakfast for Booking.com bookings. Very disappointing.

A run-down place to stay. It must have been nice there at one time, but not anymore. The house and rooms were very dirty. We left early.

Right on seafront and fantastic pizzas
Pros:

The location was amazing right on the seafront. The beer garden at front was large and well equipped with different seating areas. We did not have breakfast but the evening meals x2 we had were both exceptional. Most of the staff were incredible

Cons:

The room was smaller than expected with quite dated decor unlike some shown in the picture. I would of preferred a sea view instead of the fire escape stairs but you get what you pay for. I always prefer a walk in shower as always feel a little unsteady stepping in and out of bath to shower

Location next to the beach

Cons:

The room was poor, the curtains were didn’t fit properly there damp on the ceiling and wall , we didn’t received and clean towels and the bed was uncomfortable
