Right on seafront and fantastic pizzas
Pros:

The location was amazing right on the seafront. The beer garden at front was large and well equipped with different seating areas. We did not have breakfast but the evening meals x2 we had were both exceptional. Most of the staff were incredible

Cons:

The room was smaller than expected with quite dated decor unlike some shown in the picture. I would of preferred a sea view instead of the fire escape stairs but you get what you pay for. I always prefer a walk in shower as always feel a little unsteady stepping in and out of bath to shower

The room was poor, the curtains were didn’t fit properly there damp on the ceiling and wall , we didn’t received and clean towels and the bed was uncomfortable

Great location for a few days away
Pros:

Close to beach and town. Outside facilities and play area.

Cons:

Staff not always pleasant. Mattress past its best. Lift would have been useful with pushchair.

Cons:

Our chair in room 26 is hard and uncomfortable to sit on and the remote control needs replacing - we didn’t use it , yet, it’s looks quite fragile …
Also, we had breakfast Sunday morning in the bar and there was 1 waiter serving all the tables …he was apologetic …efficient etc , however , he asked Carol ( I think this was her name)behind the bar if she could take a few orders if she had a minute & he had no help …I feel that she could have helped the waiter as a priority ie if anyone required the bar / reception, they can ring the bell and wait , this appeared to me as lack of team support…

Pros:

Location was amazing, staff are friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and pillows, shower was good too

Cons:

The room needs TLC and I also believe because of gap under door could hear reception erea alot, also bed was comfy other bed does squeak
