I had a great experience during my stay here. Alex at the front desk was incredibly helpful and attentive! The hotel was in a great location and was very clean and comfortable. Thank you to all of the staff who made my stay so special!
Lyly she is so cute and always has service minded, I recommend this hotel to stay in Hanoi cause of the service, the room and easy to travel around

Room was clean and service was amazing. We had a room with a balcony and it was very quiet so very sound proof. Breakfast was delicious and very good variety. Location is great walking distance to shops and restaurants. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

We had an amazing experience, and were greeted by excellent, warm and friendly staff who catered to our every need. Especially Lyly from front desk, who went out of her way to make sure we had a wonderful experience during our time in her city, by guiding and providing information on locations and times of activities to make sure we never missed a single opportunity to maximise our short time in Hanoi.

Staff very professional and helpful. Breakfast options healthy and ranging from cold to hot options. Good range of variety. I cannot fault anything from breakfast to the awesome dinner we had at the hotel. I also used the spa services and was very clean, great masseuse and relaxing experience followed by tofu soup and refreshing drink and sweetest watermelon.
I wanted to buy something and the hotel staff bought that for me and packed it as well.
Would definitely recommend and stay again if in Hanoi again.
Another thing, perfect location. All tours could collect and walking distance to everything. Loved my morning walks at Lake Kiem and late nights in old quarters.
