Location is perfect. Amenities are great. Reception by the staff on arrival was very welcoming.

The staff are incredible here. Really accommodating and made sure that our stay was comfortable.

My husband and I had an amazing time at JM Marvel not only because of its strategic location which is very near to cafe, restos and Hanoi’s attractions but mainly to its great customer service , the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. 5 👍👍👍 up to Ms. Lyly of Front Desk! The rooms are uniquely design. Clean and very spacious. The food is good but to improve more, I would suggest for more variations. Over all, its a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️!

The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and our room was always spotless. Every member of the reception staff was warm, friendly, and professional. They were incredibly helpful with restaurant bookings and even took the time to help us with directions and local maps, which made exploring the area so much easier.

We headed off on an overnight cruise to Ha Long Bay, and the hotel kindly stored our luggage. When we returned for a few more nights, it genuinely felt like coming home. The staff are truly the jewels in this hotel's crown.

On our first night, we thought our son had lost his wallet. It turned out he had accidentally left it in the car that picked us up from the airport, and it was promptly returned to us the very next day. We were so grateful for the honesty and care shown.

Our room was gorgeous, and the rooftop bar was a real highlight—a lovely place to relax, enjoy the views, and have a drink or two.

Breakfast was good. While the selection wasn't extensive, there was enough variety to enjoy a satisfying start to the day.

Overall, the outstanding service, beautiful rooms, excellent location and genuine hospitality made this a memorable stay. We'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and we look forward to staying here again.

JM Marvel Hotel exceeded every expectation.
From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the service was absolutely exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and spotless, and the location is perfect for exploring Hanoi. We were able to walk to so many attractions, restaurants, and cafés, making it an ideal place to stay.
The spa was also fantastic. I treated myself to a massage, facial, and hair wash, and everything was incredibly relaxing and professionally done.
What impressed me the most, though, was the honesty and care of the staff. After we had already left Hanoi and were on our way to our next destination, I realized I had accidentally left behind my passport. Instead of panicking, the team immediately secured it, kept it safe, and helped coordinate everything so I could retrieve it. That level of integrity and customer service is priceless.
Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable.

This is a very nice hotel in the old district of Hanoi. The rooms are well appointed and cool. The staff are super friendly and helpful too!

My family and I recently spent a night at the JM Marvel Hotel for our quick trip to Hanoi. This hotel far exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond when it came to hospitality. From the moment our Grab driver dropped us off at the sidewalk, the JM Marvel staff welcomed us with open arms, opening the door for us and handling all our baggage.

We then had the most comfortable check-in experience we've ever had, taking seats on comfortable couches with tea and cake service. Lyly helped us through the seamless check-in process with a smile and the most comforting assistance.

Once check-in was done, Lyly and a nice gentleman bellhop assisted us to our room and when we opened the door, we were greeted with a beautifully decorated room to celebrate my daughter's upcoming birthday. This was a surprise to all of us as we had not mentioned our daughter's birthday, but rather Lyly had seen on her passport that her birthday was approaching, so Lyly and her team decorated the room with balloons and a birthday banner to welcome us. This was such a special, unexpected treat!

Every moment thereafter was truly special at JM Marvel, as every time we needed to return to the hotel to rest during our adventures, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making sure we were completely taken care of in every regard.

This doesn't happen often for us, but we were sad to leave the hote because we enjoyed Lyly and her team so much that we didn't want the experience to end. We'll be sure to stay at JM Marvel Hotel when we visit Hanoi again, primarily because of how sweet and caring the team was.

As a side note: JM Marvel is very well situated within Hanoi's Old Quarter, as it is easily walkable to all of Hanoi's sights to see.

The location of JM Marvel is very good and the team provides a level of service that can't be taught, but rather comes from the love and kindness within their hearts.

Such a gorgeous, well maintained hotel with 5 star service - the staff are AMAZING, the best we’ve experienced in Vietnam. Their welcome with fruit tea, local sweet, cool towels and a candle lit in front of us was so very lovely. Only regret is that we didn’t have longer here.

JM Marvel should be so proud of all the staff, they were excellent at their jobs. Both my husband and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and our bedroom was done up with balloons and rose petals which was a great surprise.

We had a wonderful stay at JM Marvel Hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter. The hotel is beautiful, aesthetic, and made our stay very comfortable. A special thanks to Lyly, who was incredibly sweet and went out of her way to accommodate all our requests. She also helped us plan our city tour with a map and great local recommendations. Breakfast has an excellent variety of vegetarian options, and we were pleasantly surprised to find aloo paratha as well. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay! Recommend taking rooms with windows.

Great hotel with an awesome location, close to many tourist hotspots and yet still quiet and tranquil. The staff were all excellent, especially Ms. Tran at reception who continually made sure we were well looked after and enjoying our trip. The breakfast selection is ample & well prepared + the barmen at the rooftop bar shake a mean cocktail. Very good value for money stay

I needed a hotel in the Old Quarter on very short notice. This was selected based on the very positive reviews on TripAdvisor. The hotel was beautiful and did not disappoint, but Lyly was the highlight of our stay. You expect hotel staff to be courteous, but she exceeded expectations! Essentially, she became like our personal concierge with so many great recommendations.

We’ve stayed all over the world, including beautiful hotels like the Four Seasons with high-level service professionals, and Lyly and team were top notch and made us feel so special! Must try VIET Restaurant (on-site) and the beautiful Sky Bar!! Thank you again for making our stay so wonderful! If we’re in Hanoi in the future, we would definitely stay here and I highly recommend others do, too.

Lastly, thank you again for setting up dinner at the restaurant for us. It was wonderful and our friends really enjoyed it!

Whether you're travelling solo or with family, I highly recommend staying here. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city on foot, with plenty of local attractions, markets, and delicious street food just a short walk away. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with recommendations.

A real highlight was the hotel's beautiful rooftop sky bar. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing, with great views and a wonderful atmosphere.

I felt safe, well looked after, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I'd happily stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a great base to explore the city.

Our best vacation ever largely thanks to the JM Marvel staff. I can't say how much Lily and Trang and their colleagues were kind and helpful. The room was great, the food was simply delicious. The hotel is ideally located in the Old Quarters. We will come back.
