JM Marvel Hotel & Spa

Whether you're travelling solo or with family, I highly recommend staying here. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city on foot, with plenty of local attractions, markets, and delicious street food just a short walk away. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with recommendations.

A real highlight was the hotel's beautiful rooftop sky bar. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing, with great views and a wonderful atmosphere.

I felt safe, well looked after, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I'd happily stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a great base to explore the city.

Our best vacation ever largely thanks to the JM Marvel staff. I can't say how much Lily and Trang and their colleagues were kind and helpful. The room was great, the food was simply delicious. The hotel is ideally located in the Old Quarters. We will come back.

Der Empfang mit Tee und Schokolade war wundervoll und das Personal ist nicht nur professionell, sondern herzlich und zuvorkommen. Man hatte das Gefühl unter Freunden zu sein und nicht nur ein Gast. Wir waren im etlichen Unterkünften. Teilweise derselben Kategorie. Keines kann mithalten. JM Marvel ist DAS Hotel in das ich immer zurückkommen werde.

We had a wonderful stay in Hanoi’s Old Quarter and would highly recommend this hotel. The location was excellent—very convenient for exploring the area, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance.

What truly made our stay special was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They were always attentive, thoughtful, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We appreciated their hospitality very much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again on our next visit to Hanoi.

I had a fantastic stay here, perfectly located within a short walking distance of all of the Old Quarter's sights. Both the room and the entire hotel were extremely comfortable and full of character, making it a joy to experience (and great views from the rooftop bar!). But for all its beautiful charm, what really made it stand out was the friendliness of the staff… from the welcome tea and local sweets, to the arranging of anything I might need to make for an easy transfer to my next destination, everyone was incredible. Special mention to Jason, however, for his exhaustive list of recommendations for local restaurants / street food stalls, and who was only to happy to answer all my questions in an instant! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi, and I look forward to returning again (and again!)

Breakfast was good, we could order some from the kitchen. The room is spacious and the bed was comfy. The location is good especially for females who would love to get their hair, lashes or nails done, there were a few good shops around the hotel.

Loverly hotel with great staff, everyone was kinda and helpful. The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping each day was great, the front desk gave us lots of recommendations.

Me andy wife were on pleasure trip to Vietnam. We have stayed at JM Marvel for 3 days & we enjoyed stay at Hotel.
The location of hotel is in Old Quarter which is great. We don't hear any outside noise in the rooms.
We liked breakfast buffet, food quality really good.
Hotel staff is very professional, polite and helpful.

The location of JM Hotel was perfect. It was right in the center to walk to a lot of different restaurants and attractions. The four Customer experience when you walked in when you left was A+. They made you feel at home and cared for. The rooms were a decent size and pretty. I would’ve enjoyed a larger bed, but the twin room was perfect. The atmosphere is really elegant as well. It’s more of an experience overall that they provide.

It is a great value for your money and you’ll leave feeling better off than when you arrived. The amenities of the restaurant and bar on the rooftop were perfect as well as the spa. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

She was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The staff also kindly allowed us to relax in the lobby until our flight on the last day. Our stay at the JM was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group, always being friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They assisted us with everything from booking massages to recommending fantastic restaurants, making our trip seamless and enjoyable. We were so impressed that we even extended our stay.
