The location
We goy a room without a window although it was not mentioned on booking. They couldnt change but offered a discount. In the end due to vat that they added we payed the same. We were very dissapinted
飯店整體環境很不錯，地理位置非常方便，步行幾分鐘就可以到河內著名的鐵路咖啡，周邊也有許多咖啡廳、景點及米其林推薦餐廳，用餐選擇非常豐富。
早餐也很適合素食者不少提供素食河粉、蔬食料理的餐廳，對於吃素的旅客來說相當方便。整體交通、生活機能和餐飲選擇都很棒，住宿體驗非常愉快，值得推薦！
唯一比較可惜的是床墊似乎已經有些使用痕跡，中間有明顯凹陷，睡起來支撐度稍微不足。建議飯店可以考慮適時更換床墊，相信會讓整體住宿品質更加提升。
Brilliant experience and exceptional service from start to finish. The staff genuinely go above and beyond, and nothing is ever an inconvenience for them. Everyone is incredibly respectful, friendly and attentive, taking their time with you and making a real effort to ensure you have the best possible stay. The hotel itself is incredibly clean, comfortable and well maintained, and we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. I would highly recommend JM Marvel Hotel and would definitely stay again!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel — the staff truly made the experience. They went above and beyond at every turn, helping us not just with hotel matters but with things completely outside their job description. Amazing experience here at JM Marvel, will definitely be back. Everything from the room to the breakfast was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond and made our stay here special. They even celebrated my birthday even though it was a far days after our stay was finished. Would highly recommend.

My experience was premium. All staff are so kind and helpful, and the room was clean and very characteristic. If I come back to Hanoi, I will definitely come back to the JM Marvel. Top notch.
Perfect hotel in every way! Located right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it super convenient to explore the city. The service here is beyond amazing—the staff and personal assistants are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help with anything you need. The rooms are spotless, and the food is excellent. Highly recommended!

My experience in this hotel was amazing. I had such a nice stay because the staff was so accommodating. Especially Lyly was helpful with our booking of the ha long cruise. But all of them were very helpful and forthcoming.
I loved my stay at this hotel. It was so picturesque and the atmosphere was relaxing. The room was a good size, clean with large windows and everything I needed. The restaurant was delicious (def get the pho) and the breakfast should not be missed. I will dream about that French toast and fresh watermelon juice. But that wasn’t even the highlight of the stay, my favorite part was the staff who went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They even helped me celebrate my birthday with some sweets and recommended spots to visit. When we were leaving, the entire staff made a point to help us with our luggage, ensure we got into the right cab, and waved us goodbye. Do not even question it and come stay here!
This a great hotel. In the middle of everything. Very quiet inside the room. The roof top bar is so wonderful and good sight from 8 Floor.
All staff were very friendly and very helpful especially Miss Trang at the front reception, they speak English well so there was no much trouble. Miss Trang coordinated the support for me when I needed help. Than you Trang and other staff for your great assistances.
Definitely I will rebook this hotel when I return next time.
