Great hotel with fantastic staff
Pros:

The property was well maintained and the facilities were excellent.

Pros:

Amazing hotel, very clean rooms , super professional stuff at the reception most especially Alex and Celia. Celia was super amazing to our children and made us feel very welcomed. The hotel is located in a very good spot and has one of the most amazing spas in Hanoi which I highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, central location, amazing staff and super clean. The air conditioning is the best compared to all the other hotels so far. We are currently staying here and the lovely staff upgraded our room, brought cake and decorated the room for my birthday. Breakfast is nice and there’s a great bar on the top floor. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

A brilliant, thoughtful stay with wonderful staff — the only downside was patchy wifi.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. When my wife mentioned it was her birthday, they went out of their way to upgrade our room from a non-window room to one with a view, and decorated it with balloons — such a thoughtful touch that really made the stay special. The location is excellent, right in the Old Quarter, and the whole place offers great value for money.

Cons:

The wifi was a bit hit or miss. The connection would occasionally drop or get throttled to the point that YouTube streams dropped to 240p.
