Cons:

Kein Klopapier haben 3x bei der Rezeption angerufen sie meinten, dass sie es gleich bringen (jetzt nach 12 Stunden immer noch kein Klopapier und Mülltüten zu sehen.

Jakuzi geht nicht (das wurde uns auch erst nach dem einchecken mitgeteilt)

Pros:

i have been located at the 3rd floor , and it worked, it was not too hot - AC did work. There is private parking behind not too big but is fine.
The lady that is working at the counter is amazing she did great support to me.
I was definitely amazed with breakfast, it was very good and every day different choices occurred. Fantastic.

Cons:

Rooms can be maintained better , especially bathroom. Entrance door of room can not open normally until the end. There is no cap at the ac controller etc.
