Excelente quarto com muito espaço e cama confortável. Tudo muito limpo e bem organizado.
A zona da piscina e a própria piscina parecem muito diferentes das fotos, além de pequena parece ter muitos anos.
Os funcionários foram muito profissionais e simpáticos. À chegada, recebemos uma garrafa de vinho no quarto. E no final da estadia, o rececionista ofereceu-nos outra garrafa como cortesia pela mini lua-de-mel que estávamos a celebrar.
Fomos aproveitar a piscina na chegada mas a mesma é bastante pequena, tanto a própria piscina (em largura e profundidade) como o espaço envolvente com espreguiçadeiras e guarda-sóis, as fotos da Booking não correspondiam muito à realidade nesse aspeto. Na casa de banho do quarto havia um sifão meio solto e o cabide de parede também não estava muito bem aparafusado, o que demonstra um pouco a falta de cuidado. O hotel localiza-se no centro da Lixa, mas não existe nada lá... fomos dar uma volta na primeira noite para procurar um restaurante para jantar e estava cheio. Acabámos por encontrar uma pizzaria, mas não havia muitas mais opções. A janela do quarto tinha cortinas e persianas, mas mesmo de persianas fechadas, a cortina mais escura não era black-out, pelo que entrava muita luz pela manhã. No pequeno-almoço, a variedade da comida até era boa, no entanto, estivemos imenso tempo à espera que repusessem ovos e bacon, e quando o fizeram, o bacon não estava assim tão bem cozinhado; a máquina de café estava avariada, mas a funcionária prontamente nos foi servir um café tirado no bar. Na nossa ótica o hotel não apresenta preços justos face ao que encontrámos.
