Buongiorno, l'anno scorso abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e tutto era perfetto. Questa volta, invece, è stato molto deludente. Ci hanno fatto pagare 20 € per il furgone, spacciandolo per un minibus, e per un piccolo rimorchio abbiamo dovuto parcheggiarlo in un altro parcheggio con un supplemento di 10 €. Ho trovato la cosa assurda, soprattutto perché sul sito web non è menzionato alcun supplemento. Le camere erano pessime, piene di polvere sul tavolo e nel mini-frigo, che peraltro non funzionava, e non c'era nemmeno l'acqua a disposizione degli ospiti. Questa è l'ultima volta che buttiamo via soldi in questo modo... Fate attenzione, se siete stranieri vi faranno pagare un supplemento. Non consiglio nemmeno di passarci. Attenzione alla truffa.

Die Personal sind sehr hilfsreich und freundlich.
Die Zimmern sind täglich gereinigt. Betten sind bequem.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist leider etwas enttäuschend. In den fünf Tagen gab es keinerlei Abwechslung – jeden Morgen wurde genau das Gleiche angeboten.

Außerdem gibt es sehr wenig Gemüse. Außer ein paar Scheiben Tomaten gab es praktisch kein frisches Gemüse.

Das Frühstück wird von 8:00 bis 10:00 Uhr angeboten, aber bereits kurz nach 9:00 Uhr werden leere Speisen teilweise nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Das ist schade, da man auch später noch die Möglichkeit haben sollte, aus dem vollständigen Frühstücksangebot zu wählen.

Great location and pool, but terrible service and cleanliness.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location featuring a pleasant lateral sea view, which added a nice touch to our stay. Additionally, Nicollo at the swimming pool provided wonderful service—he was consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our time there.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was very disappointing. The staff made us feel uncomfortable from the start by looking at us strangely, and general cleanliness was kept at a low standard. Our bathroom door was already broken when we checked in, yet management unfairly tried to hold us responsible for the damage. The breakfast offered very few alternatives if you do not eat hum and remained repetitive every day. To make matters worse, the bald staff member in the breakfast section was extremely rude and went as far as insulting our children.

Mindenben felülmúlta a várakozásomat!
Pros:

A szálloda kiválasztásánál fő szempont volt, hogy a szoba tengerre nézzen. A legszebb panorámájú szobát kaptuk. A napfelkelte páratlan! A szoba minden nap frissen ágyazva, tiszta törölközőkkel!
A recepciósoktól kezdve az étterem személyzete, a szálloda tisztán tartásáért felelős személyekig, mindenki nagyon segítőkész, kedves, türelmes, mosolygós volt! A szállodához tartozott medence is, melyet szinte minden nap igénybe vettünk. Tiszta, rendezett, nagyon jó minőségű víz, nagyon kedves, figyelmes személyzettel.
Reggelik választékosak, finomak, nem engedték kifogyni a tálakat.
A szálloda teljes tengerparti, ennek ellenére egyáltalán nem volt zavaró zaj, mert hihetetlenül jól szigetelt ablakok és teraszajtó volt!
A parkoló tágas, mindig volt hely, nem kellett félni, hogy megsérül az autó.
A helyi járatos busz egyik megállója pontosan a szálloda előtt van, így nagyon kényelmes volt a közlekedés városon belül.
Nagyon sokáig válogattam a szállodák között, de a legjobbat sikerült választanom!
