Comfortable
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, staff were very friendly n helpful. Position of hotel was good just over the Bridge from centre of town

Disappointing
Pros:

Staff were lovely, polite and welcoming, and gave a refund when I was disappointed with the room.

Cons:

The key was difficult to get in the lock and to turn. The room was nothing like the pictures. Furniture was shabby. Mattresses were very soft with no support. The room smelt musty. I was so disappointed I went home.

Good location for short walking stop
Pros:

Great location in Monmouth.

Cons:

The lack of a restaurant is a significant issue and was communicated until after we booked. We arrived late after walking all day and it could have resulted in nothing to eat that evening - luckily Monmouth has some other options.

Pros:

Great location. Great venue.

More sockets in the room but an extension lead was found for us so wasn't a problem.

Cons:

Room was boiling only 1 window opened and I booked with my 2 year old and he could climb on the bed onto the only window that opened, the one bed was busted had a big sinking dip in it and the tall white wardrobe was leaning over i had to put a chair next to it ,,was a fan but didn't work and I had to take about half hour to find a spot for the crap aerial and then you couldn't go anywhere near it also there is something hard under the carpet felt like a stone or something,,i also had a few bags and wasn't offered any help to the top floor and far end of the building while carrying my boy,,do not recommend at all...oh and only 2 plugs in the whole room ,,,
