Everything was fine
The location is excellent, and the receptionist who greeted us on arrival was very friendly and helpful. The taxi drivers who picked us up from the airport were also very nice and professional, and we had an excellent experience with them.
The breakfast options were quite limited, and the coffee machine was very old and the coffee was undrinkable, so we had to leave the hotel every morning to get coffee at a nearby coffee shop, which unfortunately did not open before 8 a.m. The coffee cups provided at breakfast were also dirty inside.
We also had a disappointing experience when arranging our taxi to the airport on departure. Since the taxi organised by the hotel for our arrival had been excellent, we asked reception to arrange the same service for our departure. However, the receptionist on duty that morning was borderline rude and did not properly follow up on the request that had been passed on to her by her colleague from the night shift.
She eventually ordered a taxi for us while we were sitting with our luggage in the lobby, directly in front of the reception desk. After some time, I asked whether the taxi had arrived, and she simply said that she did not know. We therefore went outside ourselves and found two taxi drivers who had been waiting for us and had already marked us as no-shows because we had not come out. We had been sitting in the lobby in full view of the receptionist the entire time, yet nobody informed us that the taxis had arrived.
We then realised that these were regular Pink taxis rather than the airport transfer service arranged by the hotel for our arrival. Since the taxis had been ordered for us, we had no way of knowing this in advance. We eventually agreed to take one after checking the price, but we were unable to obtain a printed receipt, which we needed to claim the journey as a business expense.
The hotel is in a good, quiet location. The rooms were very clean and well presented. This was my second stay here and I will defintely book again.
The parking is down a very narrow alley. Not for for the nervous driver!
The location is convenient, a short walk to the center, nearby there are plenty of restaurants. The staff was polite and there was no problems with the booking.
The room was not well sound isolated which meant a lot of noise from the hallway got into the room. During the day ambient music from the hallway was heard, while during the night, anybody passing by (or talking) could be heard. Wifi wasn't the best either

Great location, very peaceful, clean and cozy.
Personnel sympathique. Excellent petit déjeuner à l'emporter lorsqu'il faut se rendre tôt à l'aéroport.
Il faudrait mettre à jour les informations (en anglais en tous les cas, car je ne parle pas le serbe) de l'utilisation du safe. Celles mentionnées sont impraticables et tout le système se bloque.
