Hermoso ambiente y un personal muy amable
Pros:

El personal tremendamente amable. Las instalaciones muy limpias y estèticas, rodeadas de verde y con una hermosa vista al lago en un mirador en altura.

Cons:

La calefacciòn de la cocina no calentaba el ambiente. Las habitaciones sì tenìan buena calefacciòn, pero el primer piso no. Reservamos el jacuzzi pero al parecer no lo limpiaron a tiempo y nos cancelaron la reserva.

Pros:

El lugar es bello y las instalaciones cómodas. El desayuno muy bueno y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Faltaba calefacción. No ayudó que llovía mucho y la temperatura había bajado significativamente

Cons:

No hay muy buen aislamiento de las habitaciones, nos tocó vecinos un poco ruidosos y se escuchaba bastante en nuestra habitación

Muy buena ubicación sin una cultura de parte de los dueños sobre una excelente experiencia de servicio a sus huéspedes

El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Tienen algunas reglas que no son buenas ni que permitan que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos, por ejemplo pedir dinero en efectivo como garantía de un préstamo de para agua, además habían maestros con labores de obra mayor (cambiando cerámicas) genera ruido, polvo m, cerrar espacios. El desayuno muy poco variado y todo con regla y medición de porciones que realmente exageran.
