Love it every time we come here. The food options around Hastings and St Leonard’s are exceptional. Try Remi’s Culinaria
Pros:

We come here every year and it never disappoints. The staff are amazing, friendly, chatty and helpful. The rooms are clean and the food is great. We love sitting out on the terrace enjoying a drink.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind.

Pros:

The seaview, the bed was okay, and the location is obviously near in perfect,

Cons:

Well,

Upon check in I was informed you had a bar open until 12am, this was also printed on the leaflet in room. To my surprise that evening the bar was closed at 11pm, with the downstairs bar also being closed for a private function, there was no mention of this prior, we would have made other plans.

The bar staff are lovely, although the bar service and drinks where somewhat horrific, we asked for an aperol, that was replied with a "if we have the right glass" apparently you did, it was a small wine glass, followed by the barman sprinting off to grab the aperol from somewhere, it slapped together in panic and presented poorly. The bar was covered with dirty glassware which was odd as there were little customers.

I asked for a Iron and Board on Sunday, this wasn't available, not sure how basic needs can't be fulfilled. I asked the next day and received a dirty little Tesco iron with an insanely grubby ironing board. Not really nice for my clothes.

The building is pretty knackered, yes the decor isn't to my taste, but the threadbare carpets and patchy paintwork isn't great for what you pay,

Yes the location is phenomenal, however my king bed is smaller than my king at home ... and compared to more premium hotels, you'd get alot more money elsewhere.

Very nice hotel, and terrace area was lovely to it out on and have food/ drinks. Great location.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely but feel it should have been included in the price. Staff friendly. Clean hotel. Great location. We had a fan in our room which was good, also we asked for a top sheet and a member of staff bought it to ourvroom straight away, very impressed, also our room and tea/ biscuits/ water were replaced every day which was good.

Cons:

The shower wasn't powerful and also could have been a handheld shower.

Pros:

Excellent location

Cons:

We arrived in the middle of a heat wave. Our room on the top floor is without AC and can get very hot and stuffy. Though the staffs offer a portable fan, she eventually forgot to do so making our 3 night stay essentially a sleepless one due to the heat.

A highly enjoyable stay in a conveniently situated and clean hotel.
Pros:

This is a busy, friendly hotel. I loved being able to sit in comfortable seats around the hotel and the fact that it was easy to get drinks throughout the day and evening. The room was comfortable and was serviced daily which is unusual these days. There were lots of unexpected extras: biscuits in the room, water supplied, a bathmat to prevent slips in the shower, a bathmat for the floor. The hotel is very conveniently located right on the seafront opposite the pier and adjacent to the White Rock Theatre. There is a convenient convenience store just 100 yards away as well as numerous takeaway and sit-in restaurants/cafes very close. There is also a bus stop immediately outside the hotel with frequent buses to the town, railway station and Old Town in one direction and opposite, by the Pier, there are regular services to St Leonards, Bexhill and Eastbourne.

Cons:

There is a lift but it's very small and quite jerky. There are also issues with the lift if passengers on the third floor don't shut the door properly. I found the breakfast arrangements quite poor. There were insufficient staff to provide an efficient service, waiting times were long, tables weren't cleared promptly and were therefore out of action for extended periods, menus weren't always easy to find and some of them were incomplete. There also appeared to be a shortage of condiments (salt and pepper).

Lovely hotel on seafront
Pros:

The staff are lovely. Nothing is too much trouble. Good all day menu, reasonably priced. Very clear and comfy room, this time with a wonderful sea view. Great to sit on the terraces and watch the world go by. Very central location by the pier and White Rock theatre. Thoroughly recommend.

Cons:

Only the veggie bacon! It's hard to replicate the real thing.
