Déjà-vu: Italien in den 90ern
Pros:

Der rührige Hoteldirektor und sein sehr freundliches Personal haben mein Bewertungsergebnis maßgeblich beeinflusst. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Preis ist top, aber siehe unten.

Cons:

Ich habe mich in der Unterkunft sehr unsicher gefühlt und war froh, dass die Gänge videoüberwacht und keine unruhigen Gäste im Haus waren.
Ich zahle gern zehn Euro mehr, wenn dafür die Schrauben der Türklinken arretiert sind, die Lattenroste festsitzen, die Fenster beim Öffnen nicht kippen etc.

Nettes Hotel, aber NICHT im Sommer buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Fünf Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Neu-Ulm. Und direkt gegenüber liegt ein Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt und so. Das Zimmer war auch ansprechend eingerichtet.

Cons:

Es gab KEINEN Ventilator, so dass die Innentemperatur bis auf ca. 28 Grad angestiegen ist. (Mein neuer Reisewecker hat ein Thermometer mit drin.) Daher habe ich NICHT gut geschlafen.

Pros:

Wir freuen uns sehr so eine flexible Unterkunft mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gefunden zu haben. Gerade für StudentInnen, die nur eine begrenzte Zeit in der Stadt sind, absolut empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank an den sympathischen Manager!

Passt gut für einen kurzen Arbeitsaufenthalt.
Pros:

Ich kannte das Quartier ja schon. Und so war es, wie erwartet.
Der unkomplizierte Late-Check-In ist nice.
Wenn ich nur zum Arbeitseinsatz in Ulm bin, ist es mir lieb, wenn es nicht so teuer wird.

Cons:

Nix zu meckern für den Preis.

Pros:

Hotel ist schon etwas ins Alter gekommen, für eine Nacht OK, Toilette außerhalb des Zimmers. Sehr hellhörig man hört wenn jemand die Treppe hoch geht. Das Restaurant ist gut Hörbar.
